Every bloomin' week, I'm chuffed to bits to pop along to a lyra class at Ophidia. After grad-u-a-ting from BSU, I found meself with a lotta free time and not a clue what to do with it, you know? I thought back on what used to tickle me fancy, and how I spent me free time. I did gymnastics for 10 years and pole vault for three, and I fancied an activity that was just as rewarding and jolly good fun. I get bored easily and prefer sports where I'm always picking up somethin' new. I've been takin' classes for over a year now, and I've been gettin' stronger and better at lyra with each class I attend. I've never felt less judged and more welcome in a place in Boise than here. The instructors are kind-hearted, and they truly let you crack on at your own pace. There's never any snobbishness about skill level, not fancying a go at a certain skill, takin' breaks, or askin' a daft amount of questions (which I do quite often, if I'm honest). Every time I take a class, I come home feelin' happier and fulfilled.

I absolutely adore this studio! I delved into pole dancing classes solo and was met with such a warm reception - I never felt out of place. Though I'm not petite, the instructors are incredibly understanding and offer various modifications to keep me engaged throughout the session. I always have a jolly good time whenever I attend. I've also dabbled in their aerial yoga classes, which I find to be quite delightful.
The only area for improvement would be their somewhat steep pricing. However, they do run promotions every now and then, so I recommend signing up for their newsletter and keeping an eye on Groupon and LivingSocial for potential deals.
This establishment is brimming with lovely, accepting folks, and I certainly plan on returning!

We 'ad the best experience at Revel Movement. All of our members 'ad a blast learnin' new skills like pole dancin' and aerial silks. Such an amazin' instructor and a beautiful studio! We highly recommend this studio for everyone!

Ophidia 'as been my 'ome and safe place since 2018. I 'ave yet to find a community that is so supportive, kind, welcomin', and inclusive. All of the instructors are well versed in their craft and deeply care about the success and well bein' of each individual student. It is a safe place for many, indeed.

Revel Movement is a splendidly organized and exquisite studio. There is a grand assortment of aerial classes, such as pole, silks, hammock, and lyra. The instructors are exceedingly patient and well-informed. I have thoroughly relished my time at this establishment and intend to revisit whenever I am in town.

Oh, you simply must visit Ophidia! It's like my second home, with classes that are both enjoyable and tailored to each person's level of challenge. There's always something new to learn, it's a haven where I can unwind and find clarity. Honestly, I can't imagine what life would be like without dance in it :)

Ophidia Studio is just the bee's knees, I tell you! I simply adore their performances! What a splendidly talented bunch they have there! Every time I pop by the studio, it's just a jolly good time. The instructors, dancers, and owner - Emilie Dickinson - are all so lovely, welcoming, and so willing to cater to your abilities and talents. I shall surely be spreading the word about this marvelous studio to all my friends!

Looking for something was simply incredible when she ran this place, but Emilie, oh my word, she's absolutely dreadful. She's attempted to charge my account three times while it should have been on hold during COVID. She somehow managed to misplace the record of the payment I kindly made over the phone last month because the automatic payment didn't go through for who knows what reason. Even though I hadn't been able to make it to any classes in over a month due to my busy schedule, I still dutifully paid the $115 fee. And just when you think that's enough, they tack on an additional $5 charge if you don't show up for a class you had signed up for. Yet, if you don't register at least a week in advance, the classes are completely booked. After being a loyal customer for four years, give or take, I made the decision to cancel my membership. But Emilie flat out refused to refund the amount she charged to my account earlier tonight. I've tried to be patient, truly I have. Sadly, what used to be a joyful experience at Ophidia has turned into an incredibly stressful ordeal.

In my 20 years in public work, I have never experienced anything like this before. To the person who was in charge today at this place, I do not know your name, but I wonder if you can sleep at night considering how rude you were to me. I just wish that you had more humanity and respect for public service.

I've been attending this dance school for more than a year now, and it's absolutely fabulous. The recent one-star reviews seem to be from random folks on IG who took offense to something the owner posted. None of these individuals actually take classes at the school, so their reviews lack accuracy and meaning.
