I absolutely adore the pedicures at your day spa! It's such a relaxing experience, no need to soak in a dodgy tub of water, and the nail polish really does last!

Raye has a unique talent for easing tension and stress without causing any pain or discomfort. I could have sworn that my one-hour massage actually lasted a full two hours. Trust me, you will not be let down!

I visited the Day Spa for a Reiki session and it was truly a delightful experience. I would rate it a 9 out of 10 for two reasons. Firstly, it was a tad pricey for my budget, although I believe the cost is justified for most people. Secondly, while lying down, I realized I should have requested a pillow or a rolled towel for my neck as it was in need of some extra support. Nevertheless, the ambiance, the music, the healing touch with the stones, and the soothing scents were all truly incredible. The practitioner had a beautiful and angelic singing voice during the session. Today, my back is feeling quite good and my neck is also better than usual.

The Yoga classes at Avani are also fantastic. I am grateful that Hastings has a spot like Avani.
