First Order

A new page will open asking if you would like to checkout or continue shopping.

Click on the blue “CONTINUE SHOPPING button. You can always see which items are in your shopping basket by clicking the “MY BASKET” button in the upper left corner of the screen.

Click “GO TO CHECKOUT”

• Select your “country of delivery” from the drop-down menu in the bottom left corner.
• Then select a shipping method to estimate the total amount of your order.

Your shopping basket will be updated to reflect the VAT applicable in the country of delivery. (19.6% in France)

• Then click the red button “GO TO CHECKOUT NOW”

You will be directed to a page where you will be asked to log in if you have previously ordered products from our website.

• Click on the button “CREATE MY ACCOUNT.

This information allows us to create an invoice and process your order. If your shipping address does not match your billing address, uncheck the box “Same address”. You will be asked for a shipping address in the next step. Then click “NEXT STEP” at the bottom of the page.

Confirm information and, as necessary, edit the shipping address. We recommend printing this page and keeping a copy for your records. Then click “next step”.

Then select your method of payment from the list of options. Instalment payment methods may be available based on the total amount of your order. Then click “Confirm payment”

If you decide to pay with your bank card, American Express or PayPal, your order will be systematically confirmed and shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you decide to pay with a cheque, wire transfer or money order, your order will be confirmed and shipped from our warehouse upon receipt of your payment.

You will then receive emails that allow you to track your package up to delivery.
