Shipping information

We care about your order and want it to arrive quickly and safely. That’s why we offer two types of shipments: Colissimo and Chronopost.

1 Shipping rates and delivery time offers free Colissimo shipping in metropolitan France for all orders of € 60 or more.

For orders of € 60 or less, in metropolitan France, a small portion of packaging and shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Shipments are invoiced at a flat rate of € 6.80, on top of product sale prices.

For orders from overseas departments and territories, shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address.

2 “Normal” and “Express” shipping methods

  • Normal: Colissimo Suivi (economical rate with package tracking)
    Normal shipping covers metropolitan France, overseas departments and territories, and almost all countries throughout the world.
    Orders placed before 3:20 p.m. on our site will be processed and shipped the same day, when product inventory allows (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders ship via the French Postal Service’s Colissimo Suivi service, which offers 2-day shipping to French addresses, 4-5 day shipping within Europe and 5-8 day shipping to overseas departments and territories. 10-day shipping is available international deliveries outside of Europe.
    Signature is required. If you are not available to sign for the shipment, the package will be held at the Post Office. You will have 10 days to claim the package with the attempted delivery notice left in your mailbox.
  • Express: Chronopost or FedEx (priority shipping)
    Within metropolitan France, you may also elect to receive your package within 24 hours using the Chronopost Service. Orders will be shipped out the same day, once your payment has been received, and delivered to you the next day before 1:00 p.m. (excluding weekends and holidays). Someone must be available to accept the shipment.
    FedEx handles shipments to all other destinations. A standard shipping fee is automatically added to your order. You may be asked to pay a supplement shipping charge, calculated according to your specific shipment (weight, destination) once your order has been processed. If you do not pay the supplement shipping charge, your order cannot be shipped and the initial amount that you paid will be reimbursed within 7 business days of your confirmation.
    A copy of your payment card and a piece of identification may be required prior to the confirmation or shipment of your order.

The customer agrees to pay all taxes due on imported products, customs duties, value added tax, and any other tax due in application of the laws of the destination country. 4Shipping problems

  • What happens if you are not available to sign for your shipment?
    An attempted delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. If the package is being delivered by the French Postal Service, you can claim it at your local Post Office. (Remember to bring your ID.) If the package is being delivered by Chronopost or FedEx, another attempt at delivery will be made, or you will be contacted to arrange a delivery time.
  • What happens if my shipment is delayed?
    We cannot be held responsible in the event that, despite our best efforts, your order is delayed during the shipping process. is not responsible for postal delays once the package has been accepted into the shipping network.
    If you have not received your package within the time specified in your order confirmation email, contact your local Post Office to determine if your package has been held. If you cannot obtain any information from the carrier, contact our Customer Service team at +44 20 3318 9856 so that they can look into the matter and make sure that you receive your package as quickly as possible.
  • What happens if I placed my order the day before, or during a weekend or a holiday?
    Holidays and weekends are not “business days” for Orders placed on holidays and weekends will not be processed until the next business day. Therefore, the shipping times you selected must be modified accordingly. Similarly, the Post Office and other carriers are not open on holidays or Sundays. You should keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method.

5 Package inspection upon delivery and reservations

  • All merchandise is shipped at the recipient’s risk. Immediately inspect the package and its contents in front of the carrier. In case of dispute, write your reservations in the margins of the delivery slip. Disputes must be declared to our Customer Service team at +44 20 3318 9856 within 48 hours of the attempted delivery.
  • If you have any reservations or complaints, you must inform the carrier within two business days of receiving your order. You must submit a copy of your written complaint to at the following address: – SAV – 81 Imp Cugnot, ZAC de Mercorent – 34500 BEZIERS – FRANCE
    If you need to return items, you must do so within two business days of receiving your package.
    No return requests submitted after this period will be accepted. reserves the right to refuse any product that is not returned in its original condition (packaging, accessories, notices, etc.)
