I've been hitting up this gym for over 2 years. They've got all the kit I need - heavy-duty weights for the hardcore lifters, loads of cardio gear, and I hardly ever have to queue up for a turn on anything. It's pretty sweet, mate.

I've been a regular member for over 10 years and I currently reside in Abington. Regrettably, it appears that most of the gym equipment has remained unchanged since the facility first opened its doors. Every time I visit over the past few years, it seems like I always have to report yet another broken machine - sometimes it's the same one I mentioned months earlier. Even the spray bottles for cleaning the equipment are constantly broken and never replaced. It's a mix of emotions leaving this gym after all these years, especially considering how convenient the location is for me. However, I've reached a point where I'm willing to endure an additional 20+ minute drive just to avoid the ongoing frustrations with the malfunctioning equipment.

This gym is absolutely fantastic, mate! Joining up 'as literally transformed me life. It's got the biggest open floor with loads of stations and machines, a smaller workout area, an upper level for cardio, and offers a range of classes and training sessions. The staff, especially the top boss, are proper knowledgeable and friendly. I'd highly recommend getting yourself signed up for a membership, you won't regret it! Cheers!

I had to cancel my membership in early March, and let me tell you, that whole ordeal was a real hassle. They insisted that I had to go in person to cancel, no phone or online options available. I was informed that there would be one final charge for March, which I understood. But now I'm getting calls from Club Systems demanding payment? What's the deal? My membership was already cancelled and I already made the final authorized payment in March. Avoid this place at all costs, they don't make it easy for you to leave. I'm much happier at my new gym, where they are transparent and straightforward about their fees and policies.

I've recently become a member of this fitness center... I've always felt a bit hesitant and intimidated by gyms. However, the atmosphere at your gym is so open and welcoming. I really appreciate the fact that there are no time limits on the treadmills! When I go for a run, I usually like to run for an hour, so other gyms just didn't work out for me. I used to run outdoors, but lately the weather hasn't been cooperating, so I chose this gym because it's nearby and the vibe is just perfect. The treadmills also track my progress, which is another great feature to love.

This gym is top-notch in the area! It's definitely one of my all-time favorite gyms, and I've been to over 20. The staff is incredibly accommodating, the location is ideal, and the equipment is excellent with lots of space. The cleanliness is outstanding too. During my short visit, Matt and the owner went above and beyond to help my husband and me, both being active duty military members. You're sure to enjoy this gym!

You have to pay for 3 full billing cycles before they allow you to cancel your membership, no exceptions. I've been a member of this gym for 10 years and had planned to come back once my kids were in school, as the daycare closed due to Covid-19. The customer service is lacking, so I'll be searching for another gym.

CUSTOMER BEWARE: I put my account on hold in Feb 2019. When I visited the club in June 2019 to cancel, they unfroze my account instead of canceling it. I didn't return because I thought my account had been properly terminated. But since then, they have been charging me $29.99 per month. When I called them yesterday, they claimed it couldn't be their gym charging me as I was no longer in their system. However, upon visiting them today, they confirmed that my account was active and claimed ignorance about last night's conversation. They then informed me, "Since your account was never canceled, we can't assist you. You can cancel now, but there will be a fee." When I requested the fee be waived due to their error, they refused, stating, "We can't help you without cancellation paperwork." But how can I have paperwork if they failed to cancel my account in the first place? It seems like they will keep my $1,300 without resolving the issue.

I enlisted during the grand opening and was guaranteed that if any issues arose, I could terminate my contract. I never imagined it would be a hassle when I attempted to cancel after suffering a stroke and spending time in a rehabilitation center, especially since I had already surpassed the agreed-upon timeframe. Yet, when I reached out to cancel, they were unable to assist me. Consequently, I stopped authorizing direct debits from my bank account. Currently, they are involving a debt collection agency. These individuals can go to hell.

I must cancel my membership. The hours listed on Google are incorrect. The staff close the gym well before 9 PM and give you a look 15 minutes before closing time. The gym used to stay open later, and the online hours are not up to date.

I absolutely adore my gym!
It's a shame that some other reviewers had such a dreadful experience. I currently attend this gym and I've never encountered any issues! All the staff members are incredibly friendly and laid-back. If you have any inquiries, they are very attentive and helpful. Even the group class instructors are fantastic! I've participated in various classes at different times and days, and in my experience, all the instructors are approachable and are able to adapt each class to suit your specific needs.
It's uncommon to come across a broken machine in this gym; but if I do, it's usually repaired within 1-3 days. I've never had to wait for a machine and the gym is never too crowded. My favorite aspect of this gym is the cleanliness! I previously belonged to Work Out World (WOW), which was quite dirty! This gym is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I use the showers here every time I work out and I've never had any issues. The price is the same as WOW, but this gym is MUCH cleaner, friendlier, and less crowded---not to mention the fact that you're not constantly approached by pushy individuals offering their unwanted training services. The other members seem much more respectful compared to other gyms.
Lastly, the cancellation policy is clearly EXPLAINED to you when you sign up! Therefore, those who had difficulties cancelling previously clearly weren't paying attention. In my experience, ALL gyms have similar cancellation policies like this one.
This gym is definitely worth what you pay for it!

That fitness center is absolutely dreadful! They have very few options for cardio equipment. The classes are subpar and mostly led by older individuals. They charge fees for everything under the sun. I terminated my membership in February, only to find charges for March and April plus a maintenance fee of $39.99 on my bill. I was furious because no one informed me of these additional costs at the time of cancellation. And did the manager even attempt to resolve the situation? Absolutely not! I typically don't leave reviews, but in this scenario, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction. This establishment is truly abysmal!

The establishment is deteriorating, with outdated equipment and questionable business practices. I have been a member for 7 years, and despite being assured that I wouldn't be charged during the COVID closures, I was still billed for a full year of fees while not using the facilities. When I tried to cancel due to moving, I was charged an extra month (30-day notice), which I understand. However, they then informed me that I would have to renew my yearly membership next month and hit me with another $78.98 - are you kidding me?
Proceed with caution if considering this rundown gym. It may be affordable, but the outdated equipment and black mold in the bathrooms make it questionable. On a positive note, the front desk staff are friendly and courteous, and I hope they find better employment opportunities elsewhere.
