To improve your membership, you need to visit the fitness center and scan a QR code. It's truly absurd and a complete time-waster. So, I have to travel all the way to the gym simply to scan a QR code when I can't upgrade my membership through the app? Why are you squandering people's time with this cumbersome process just to upgrade? They are attempting to give you additional funds, yet first, they must make the journey to the gym just to scan something? Improve your system!

I must say, I terminated my membership back in June and settled my account in advance until August, informing them that I was no longer a member. However, they persist in debiting my account and refusing to reimburse me. The restrooms consistently carried the unpleasant scent of urine, and they even ejected my trainer. I would strongly advise against joining this gym unless you enjoy having your funds withdrawn without consent.

The staff at this Fitness center are absolutely lovely, and the gym is fully stocked with all the equipment you could ever need. Let me tell you, I felt like I was being pampered at a spa! The hydro massage and sauna are wonderful amenities to enjoy post-workout. With the premium membership, there are so many perks included, and with multiple locations available, it's incredibly convenient. I can't recommend this gym enough to anyone in search of a new fitness spot. I switched over from the YMCA to Club Fitness, and let me tell you, this gym surpasses everything about my previous experience!

On my initial visit, I was inquiring about a guest membership, but the staff member appeared preoccupied with her phone and seemed surprised when I asked for information. There was no smile, greeting, or sense of hospitality. I was provided with the necessary details, but she promptly walked away to speak with another employee, disregarding my request for a shake.
The second issue arose when I brought a friend to test out the club with the potential of joining. After scanning my card, a manager or employee immediately inquired about my name and publicly mentioned that my payment had been declined in front of my friend. They also remarked on the overdue days without any discretion. I was already aware of this as the club's manager I usually deal with was in the process of switching my payment method from credit to checking. When I explained this, the employee replied accusingly that there was no "Josh" here, smirking while listing off other staff names.
This establishment comes across as very rude and unprofessional. While the other locations in the chain are excellent, this particular one does not justify its cost.

I've been going to this gym for a couple of years now. The parking spots are quite narrow, but they have good equipment. However, on my first day here, someone cut off my lock from the locker and took cash from my wallet, so I recommend not bringing any valuables. I prefer to work out in the evenings because it gets very crowded before 9pm - if you don't want to wait for equipment, it's best to come late at night. Sometimes people leave weights on the floor for a while before the staff picks them up. The staff is okay, they don't really greet you when you come in or say goodbye when you leave, but they're not rude either.
If you're planning to come during busy hours, I wouldn't recommend this gym. I come in the evenings and it's much better then. Hope this review is helpful!

This establishment makes it incredibly challenging to terminate a membership. After years of consistent monthly payments, my spouse obtained a complimentary membership through his job, prompting us to seek cancellation. I was instructed to personally cancel the membership at a kiosk within the facility, which does not provide any physical evidence of the cancellation. While the kiosk displayed a message indicating cancellation, it still required a 30-day processing period. Subsequently, charges continued to be debited even after the 30-day timeframe. Refusal to remit payment resulted in engagement with a discourteous collections agency. When attempting to contest this issue, they demanded written proof that the facility's kiosk does not supply. This behavior can be described as extortion. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment.

I must say, the gym is perpetually filthy and there's never sufficient equipment to cater to all the members. One spends an eternity waiting to utilize the machinery. Moreover, upon signing up for a membership, I was informed that should I cancel before 6 months, an early termination fee of $60 would apply. However, upon cancellation at the 8-month mark, I was still levied with a fee. Without hesitation, I cannot in good faith recommend Club Fitness to anyone!
