This fitness center is quite decent. It provides most of the equipment you may require. However, if your focus is mainly on cross fit, then this gym would be the ideal choice for you.

Generally speaking, this gym is of good quality. For those who have a membership (CAC), I recommend obtaining the new twenty-four hour access card as the hours with staff present are restricted. You can pick up a brochure from the display near the entrance which will help you through the necessary steps for this. Apart from that, it's a reliable and well-maintained gym with a wide variety of equipment available for use. Let's work on those gains!

I gotta say, this fitness center is top-notch. There's loads of space for everyone to do their thing without feeling cramped. As a retired Army personnel, I prefer hitting the gym right after the active duty soldiers head off to work in the morning – it's quieter. Another good time slot is late in the evening after 9 pm to dodge the peak hours rush. But even if I end up going during the busiest times, it's no biggie because there's plenty of room to breathe. The atmosphere is fantastic, people are courteous to one another, and the staff is super friendly and always ready to lend a hand.

The Fitness center was spotless, fully equipped, and boasted stunning mountain vistas. My only regret was the lack of provided towels, but overall it was an incredible experience.
