When I first joined the gym in May, I felt an immediate bond with the fitness center! The members who attend are like a close-knit family, and our coach is truly exceptional. She is constantly striving to assist us with our posture, methods, nutrition, any discomfort we might be experiencing, and more. Her expertise is evident, and she truly enhances the CrossFit experience. I am delighted to be a part of the Fight for It CROSSFIT Family!

I absolutely adore the ambiance created by the staff at this Fitness center. Each person is on their own journey but united by a common goal. It's so heartwarming to see how kid-friendly they are - I mean, they even help look after your little one if they start crying so you can focus on your workout. You wouldn't find that kind of support elsewhere. 😘

Heather Stewart (5/17/25, 3:07 PM):
I signed up for FFI in the summer of 2019 feeling as nervous as can be. I saw great improvements in both my physical and mental strength, pushing myself further than I ever imagined with the fantastic support from the coaches and motivation from everyone there! Brandy and the coaches genuinely care about each person's progress and meet you at your level in your fitness journey, which meant a lot to me. FFI is not just a gym, it's a community and a place where you feel safe.
Susan Gutierrez (5/16/25, 1:07 AM):
What sets this place apart from other gyms I've visited is the level of commitment and hard work put in by the owner. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the pricing offers great value for what you receive. The workouts consistently exceed expectations as well.

Grace Kelly (4/27/25, 6:25 AM):
Well, I must say, this fitness center is a right gem! It's a cozy little gym with intimate group sessions capped at 16 participants per class. The rates are quite reasonable considering its size. I've been a loyal member ever since they first opened their doors two years back.

However, things took a sour turn recently as I found myself being asked to leave because the owner sensed some discontent on my part. Interestingly enough, I've had other former members reach out to me expressing similar grievances about the owner.
Arthur Peterson (4/23/25, 4:53 PM):
A mate from me old school days put me onto this fitness centre, and let me tell ya, they welcomed me with open arms. Brandy, the coach, is a real gem – she gave me some top-notch tips and advice that I still follow to this day, even though it's been ages since I last did crossfit. Despite being a bit on the heavier side, I never felt out of place or embarrassed here. They've got modifications for all fitness levels and really encourage you to challenge yourself. The vibe is super friendly, and I felt like part of the family right from the get-go. Cheers to this place!
Angela Davis (4/23/25, 8:12 AM):
I must say, this CrossFit box is absolutely top-notch!
Their dedication and care for every single member truly exceed any expectations one could have! These trainers are fully committed!!!! They genuinely guide you every step of the way on your fitness journey!! They prioritize not just your physical well-being, but also your mental and emotional wellness!!! We see trainers staying extra time to discuss nutrition objectives, protein intake, hydration, flexibility, and more with members. It's not about quantity of members! It's all about quality.

Fast forward: 4 years later and joining FFI was the best choice I ever made!
Another update: FFI HAS TRULY TRANSFORMED MY LIFE!!!
Bradley Collins (4/21/25, 9:41 PM):
UPDATE
It's absolutely mental to think that in under 7 months, I've gone from a size 16 to a size 8! As a mother of 3, with my eldest at 23 years old, life had me all tied up and I never took a moment for myself. I ended up feeling so uncomfortable in my own skin, resorting to hiding in oversized tees and sweaters just to feel somewhat "alright". Had a membership at your run-of-the-mill gym, but the idea of pounding away on a treadmill for an hour was just too dreary. Then, in 2020, I caught wind of Fight For It and though my initial reaction was, "that's a bit pricey," along with a whole host of other excuses, by August 2022, at a size 16 and hitting close to 200 lbs 🫣, I knew it was time... time to make ME the priority and get my body back in shape!!!

I started at Fight For It Crossfit on 8/22/22, and it swiftly became my favorite haunt! If I said I adore working out, well, that would be stretching the truth, but seeing and loving my daily progress makes it rather enjoyable, haha. The progress I've made in less than 7 months still blows my mind. And let's not forget, I may not be a spring chicken anymore🤫... My birth certificate will confirm that I'll hit 42 this year, but I feel like a sprightly 28 😍 and in the prime of health. Massive thanks to the FFI coaches and my FFI crew, I can't express enough gratitude for always pushing me to my limits and Brandy for whipping me into shape, breaking me down, and then piecing me back together 😜 #priceless💯

What seemed like a blink-and-you'll-miss-it weight loss journey is quickly transforming into my fitness journey.

Come October 2022, a friend had been badgering me to join this place for about 2 years, and I had every excuse possible as to why I couldn’t make it. After putting on a significant amount of weight in the last year, I reached my breaking point of discomfort. Finally, I caved, and now, almost 2 months of going EVERY DAY M-F, I can't get enough! Never laid a finger on a workout in my life, and this place is tailor-made for novices to pros. 🤩The coaches are… amazing doesn't even begin to cover it🤩, and everyone who steps foot in there becomes like instant family. The vibe is incredible, and every day, I'm feeling more and more positive about myself 🥰🥰🥰🥰 thank you, Fight For It Family, for helping me embrace self-love more and more with each passing day.
