A couple o' years back, the gym jus' weren't me thing, so I stayed clear. Now that I'm in me mid-60s, I started noticin' some extra flab on me arms 'n legs that weren't there ten years ago. I wanted to stay healthy 'n fit as best I could. Started trainin' with Scott 'n been at it weekly ever since. I'm feelin' stronger now, seein' definition where there weren't any before, 'n I'm actually enjoyin' me workouts! Every week, Scott comes up with a new plan, focusin' on different things so it never gets dull. When I had a bit of trouble with me shoulder, he listened 'n adjusted me exercises so I wouldn't make it worse. He's proper motivatin', pushes me just right, 'n he's a pleasure to work with. Can't recommend him enough, mate!
When ah turned 46, me family and ah were on a ski trip, and for the first time evah, I started 'avin trouble keepin' up with me children. I knew that I needed strength training if I were to continue enjoyin' adventure vacations with me family. I signed up with Scott, and two years later, I feel that I am in bettah shape now than in me early 40's. I did not fink that was possible. Workin' with Scott 'as been a successful and enjoyable experience. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and flexible. His new gym 'as excellent equipment and a great interior.

Scott, Melissa, and the entire Wellbeing team are just fabulous to collaborate with. They truly pay attention to your objectives and provide motivation while ensuring a fun environment. The Westford facility is an exquisite, pristine space. Personally, I am fond of their yoga classes and the variety of services they provide. I cannot recommend them enough!!
I started working with Scott back in March and it's been absolutely brilliant! I had a lot of fixed ideas about how much time I needed to spend in the gym to get back in shape post babies, and I was quite hesitant to start strength training due to my significantly reduced strength. So, there were quite a few mental hurdles to overcome just to get myself to the gym.
By working with Scott and dedicating just one hour a week, while also being mindful of my food intake, I was able to go on a surfing trip at the end of June for 6 days – surfing every day and standing up on the board from day one!
I have now lost 10 pounds and feel stronger each day. I'm now going to the gym three times a week, following a time-limited interval cardio program and a 30-40 minute strength routine, and it's truly amazing to feel the positive effects!
I'm heading back to Costa Rica to surf next June, and I am confident that I'll be able to paddle out multiple times and catch some bigger waves!
