Anytime fitness my booty. It shuts down at twelve o'clock.
It's a lovely little place, mate. Sometimes it gets a bit packed, but everyone is friendly and considerate, so there are never any issues with using the equipment.
A proper little 24-hour gym, this one. Clean as a whistle and equipped with several squat racks. I popped in during the nighttime and found it rather quiet, not many folks about. Unluckily, it seems to be the nearest gym for Marietta residents since they recently shut down the Mableton site and the Powder Springs one last year. Let’s keep our fingers crossed this spot stays open, shall we?
All sorts of workout gear. Wonderful spot for a fitness session.
I absolutely adore the gym, it's remarkably tidy. The sense of community here is just fantastic. The staff are truly exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoy my workouts in this place.
This gym is absolutely spotless! It's my go-to gym without a doubt. The team and the gear are always top-notch. I wish I could give it even more stars!
Quite a filthy gym!! Might need to consider the YMCA!
Splendid spot, tidy and the folks are just delightful! Cheers.
This gym be me favorite spot to train. Tis' a place full o' community spirit, always spotless and shipshape. The staff be top-notch and approachable, so if ye be seekin' a gym where ye can pop in, smash a workout, and scurry off, this be the spot for ye!
Please take note that upon signing up, you are committing to a 12-month contract. This important detail is not disclosed to you at the time of signing. The gym itself is quite pleasant: serene and spacious, providing ample room for your workouts. I have no grievances in that regard. However, when we attempted to terminate our membership recently, we were informed that we are bound by a 12-month contract. I suppose I am relieved that we are canceling. Additionally, unless you have a medical condition or are relocating, you will be required to pay 50% of the outstanding balance to end the membership.
What a brilliant gym, hidden in a secure shopping center close to the Brookstone community. Definitely one of the tidiest spots around, the staff are top-notch. Big shoutout to Amber & Coach Rob for their outstanding support in achieving your fitness objectives!
A solid 5-star rating!
I wanted to pop in here and jot down a quick update on this Anytime locale because the gear is in tip-top shape. The snaps that were uploaded a few years back didn't quite do justice to the gym, so I snapped some fresh pics of the same equipment post-sweat sesh. It's a highly maintained gym with a solid array of gear and some super friendly staff to boot.
Regrettably, it was shuttered. Not "anytime" as anticipated.
The gym be of fair quality for an Anytime Fitness.
I 'ad a lukewarm experience usin' this establishment, but I 'ad a negative experience with contract issues and billin'. I will not be signin' up 'ere in the future. 'Owever, I do appreciate manager Chad Hull for goin' above and beyond to try and fix the situation. The fault of my negative experience be solely on the Owners of this gym who refused to resolve the billin' issue, and with the owner of the Powder Springs gym with which the contract dispute originated.
Thank you Sian, Amy, Ashley & Renee. With the fantastic boot camps, personal training sessions, and more, I'm fitting into clothes I was about to give up on - all in my first month of membership! The whole team is professional, the facilities are impeccable - thrilled with my experience at Anytime Fitness, now to keep it up.
At the wee gym, folks come and plop down on machines but don't budge an inch, and it really gets on me nerves.
Update review - Lovely patrons and atmosphere. Still impeccable cleanliness, but deducted a star as the ellipticals could use better maintenance. When equipment is out of order, it should be promptly repaired.
I've been exercising at this AF gym since Covid shut down my previous gym. I wish I had discovered AF sooner, as this facility excels in every aspect - clientele, crowd level, and equipment condition. My wife has also recently joined and agrees with my evaluation. AF truly deserves recognition for the high level of cleanliness they uphold. Sanitizing spray bottles and paper towels are readily available throughout the gym!
After I joined this gym, I discovered that I had to be treated for stage 4 cancer. I informed the young lady in the front office about my condition, and she assured me she would take care of it. However, my gym membership was not canceled as promised. When I called the gym, I was told to contact their billing department. After speaking with the billing office, I followed their instructions and sent an email to the provided address explaining my condition and requesting to cancel my membership. I even attached a photo of my chemo medication, which causes me severe discomfort.
The response I received could have been given to me during my initial conversations with the office or the billing department. It stated that cancellation due to a medical condition requires proof of a permanent or substantial disability from a physician on letterhead, signed by the physician with a contact number for verification if necessary. I also needed to provide a 30-day notice to cancel, pay a $50 cancellation fee, and continue payments until proper documentation is received.
It felt like I was being strung along just to keep collecting payments. When I expressed my frustration to the billing department, they laughed. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Today, I received a message from the billing department stating that my account is on pending cancel status, but I am still required to fulfill a 30-day written request (which I already did via email) and make payments for the upcoming period.
The blame game continues between the billing department and the location, leaving me caught in the middle of this frustrating situation.
