It's absolutely brilliant how much you get for just $20 a month. The facilities are always spotless, and I'm a big fan of the "no judgement" atmosphere. Justin, the manager, is truly fantastic!

I must say, I had quite a disappointing experience when I first visited this gym after signing up online. I was anticipating a guided tour and some basic information about the facilities. The website indeed paints a picture of a warm welcome, a complimentary t-shirt, and fantastic perks with their $19.99 membership plan. However, upon arrival, all I received was my membership tag with a brief "you're good to go" from the staff member. There was no tour, no t-shirt, not even a friendly smile.
I must admit that the gym itself is impeccably clean and well-equipped. Nevertheless, they could certainly improve their customer service. In fact, I decided to walk out and seek another gym a year ago for the very same reason.

Regrettably, this Planet Fitness requires some TLC. The employees always give off the impression that they either don't fancy being there or they lack knowledge of what they're doing. The exercise gear feels outdated compared to other Planet Fitness locations I've visited, and the tanning beds require a lot of maintenance. I would also say this gym is not the most pristine I've encountered. While this gym is conveniently located near me, I can confidently state that I won't be returning.

I was all set to start the fitness program this week, but I've just heard that the top trainer, Fletcher I believe his name was, has been let go. I've seen the amazing results he achieved with two of my sisters... but now that he's not around, I'll have to reconsider joining. It's a pity that someone who had such a positive impact on people is no longer part of the team.

I must say, the customer service at this gym is simply dreadful. I have been consistently charged $10 every month, even though the gym is not operating around the clock and I haven't been able to attend. On top of that, they seem to be avoiding my requests for a refund. Quite frustrating, if you ask me.

The tanning rooms have a strange odor, the floors feel sticky, and there's a shortage of hooks to hang up clothes and bags. The massage chairs could use some freshening up as well. The shower area in the women's locker room really needs a curtain, as not everyone is comfortable being undressed in front of strangers. I've never been to a gym as unsanitary as this one, and I will be canceling my membership. It's a shame they can't hire staff to maintain cleanliness.

He possesses a deep understanding of their individual strengths, weaknesses, and any injuries they may have. Fletcher effortlessly adapts the workouts to suit the needs of those requiring modifications, displaying exceptional attentiveness in the process. He sets personalized goals for each of us and genuinely cares about every single member of his classes. Fletcher is the driving force behind our continued participation in these classes! Finding such an outstanding trainer is a rarity. He has comprehensive knowledge of all the gym equipment and ensures that we all use it correctly. Recently, he motivated our group to participate in the 5K event in Tecumseh, Michigan, and we all joined in. This experience not only fostered team spirit within our group but also showcased our commitment to Planet Fitness. I am deeply grateful for everything Fletcher does for us at this gym. I sincerely hope he remains a long-term presence here, as he is undeniably a valuable asset to this establishment!

Let me tell ya, the gym is top-notch. The staff is fantastic, the equipment is primo, and the place is squeaky clean. But let me get to the heart of the matter, mate - the reason I'm only givin' it 2 stars is because of this tall, clumsy bloke who I reckon is a manager. I used to be a member, right, and I wanted to renew my black card membership. So this fella sorts me out, charges me $3 and then slaps on another $25 on the first day. Next day I show up and lo and behold, I'm not even on the membership list. So he has to set me up again and charges me another $25. Once I realize they've taken a total of $53 from me, I ask him how I can get back the $25 for the mistake that HE made and even owned up to. And you know what he says? He says there ain't nothin' he can do. Can't give me the money back, can't credit it towards next month's bill. Basically, he can just swipe my cash and get away scot-free. Fast forward to today, I'm tryna use the tanning bed and he won't let me because apparently there's a 24-hour rule. It's only been 20 hours since my last visit, but he refuses to hit the button that would let me tan early. Every other worker there has never given me grief - they just press the button and off I go. So from now on, I'm flat-out refusin' to be assisted by that lad. If you ever hand him your debit card, make sure to double and triple check that he ain't takin' ya hard-earned dosh. Planet Fitness can thank him alone for those 2 stars. Apart from that, it's a top-notch gym, no doubt about it.

This gym is top-notch, mate! The spacious layout is spotless, the customer service is fantastic, and the locker rooms and showers are kept immaculately clean. Plus, you can't beat the amazing tanning beds they have here. Hands down, one of the best Planet Fitness locations I've ever visited.
