I would like to extend my gratitude to Fit For Life and in particular to Thomas, who serves as a trainer at the establishment. At the age of 82, I experienced a few falls which prompted me to seek the guidance of a trainer at this gym. Thomas demonstrates remarkable patience and exudes confidence in his teaching approach. It is crucial for individuals over the age of 50, and even younger, to focus on strengthening their legs and arms, with a particular emphasis on leg muscles to prevent falls. I highly recommend giving Thomas and Fit For Life the chance to help you build strength and stability.

I absolutely adore this gym! It may not be the most upscale spot, but it’s got all the gear I require to pump some iron properly. You know, sometimes you just can't rely solely on a Smith machine! The camaraderie here is top-notch! The facilities are consistently spotless, and I genuinely anticipate my gym sessions!

The gym is a bit old-fashioned, and the carpet gives off a musty odor. With the amount they charge for a monthly membership, they could invest more in improving the facilities. Nonetheless, there is definite potential there.

I'm absolutely loving the Smart Fit program! It's such a great feeling to have that extra push and not worry about creating my own workout routine. Every time I visit, I never struggle to find the equipment I need. Sure, there are moments when I have to share space with others or trainers, but it's all good.

The only downside for me is the inconsistency in pricing information every time I inquire about it. Overall though, it's an awesome experience!
