I decided to pay a visit to this establishment after one of my mates had been attending for some time and always had brilliant things to say. When someone is grinning from ear to ear as they describe their morning workout.. you just know you have to give it a go.
The sense of community is very warm and inviting, with fellow class members cheering you on regardless of your abilities, which meant a great deal to me as I was recovering from several injuries and physical setbacks that made me feel like I might never regain my 'prime' shape again. (But I'm working on it!)
Albert, as a coach, is well-versed, supportive, and patient. He will collaborate with you and your limitations (if any) to assist you in reaching your goals.
The level method was unfamiliar to me, but I appreciated the neatly presented visual progression so you could see where you stand and where you could progress to next.
I typically don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for IMA; give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!

I 'ave been a part of the IMA for 4 months now. I find that this isn't just a place where I go to work out, it's where I go to delve deeper. I'm inspired by every person I've met there. It doesn't matter that we're all at different levels of fitness...Coach Albert meets you where you're at and pushes you to be your best. I've become aware of so many different opportunities to be active...crossfit competitions and WOD, Spartan Race training, running clubs and training, rucking...yes, I said rucking. Check it out! I was training for my first marathon when I scheduled a running form appointment with Albert. I have been running for many years, but recently suffered a very painful hip injury. So I decided to seek Albert's help after receiving a referral from a sports massage therapist. Albert studied my form and broke it down for me, showing me exactly what I was doing wrong and what I could do to correct it. I took his input and almost immediately started seeing results. The best part is that I successfully completed my marathon well within my goal pace. I have no doubt that Albert's input helped minimize my pain so that I could push through. And the best part is that Albert followed up with me via email several times after our initial consultation to make sure I was okay. He definitely went way above and beyond what I expected and I am very thankful!

Albert is an absolutely fantastic coach! He broke down simple techniques for us to enhance our form, enabling us to run smoothly and without injury. He collaborated excellently with our group, always maintaining a positive and motivating attitude towards runners of all levels. In the initial session, two of our friends who are dedicated runners couldn't stop exclaiming, "WOW, running feels so much easier when done correctly!" They were genuinely impressed and satisfied with the results. Personally, I found great pleasure in discovering how to run in a manner that enhanced my enjoyment of the activity. I wholeheartedly recommend him!!

This ain't your run-of-the-mill gym, mate. I've been part of Idahome/Audacious CrossFit since the autumn of 2017. Albert makes sure you've got the right form and fitness skills instead of just letting you off the leash and seeing what you're made of. His latest setup is called the Level Method, which involves specific benchmark exercises that, when tallied up, give you a clearer idea of your fitness level. With this knowledge, you can better progress toward your goals when testing time rolls around thrice a year.
I was quite impressed with the layout he suggested. Very comprehensive and very professional.

The best gym experience I've had in years! I was quite skeptical about cross fit and not really intrigued...until recently. My hubby and lad had been frequenting IMA for a while, and they eventually persuaded me to give it a whirl. I was pleasantly taken aback on the inaugural day, and it's only improved since then! Albert is a splendid coach. He places a strong emphasis on technique above all, prior to incorporating weights. What I admire most is that he encourages us to establish SMART goals and aids us in devising a plan to reach them. He also pushes us to delve deeper into the "why" behind our goals, which has benefits that extend far beyond the gym. With my hectic work schedule, I always anticipate a message from Albert when I'm on the go, just to touch base and ensure I'm staying on track, without applying too much pressure.
