We need to upgrade quite a few things here. We require new bikes, another stationary squat machine, and better equipment overall. The current setup is causing California Family Fitness to lose its prestige.

The staff at the Arden location is absolutely lovely and charming. I have three sons who make use of the child care services, and I must say, I couldn't be happier with the wonderful child care team. They consistently provide engaging activities for the little ones, ensuring they are well taken care of and entertained while I focus on my workout. The manager, Jeff, is a true professional who clearly takes great pride in his role. It's evident that he has a genuine concern for both the members and staff at the gym. Having been a member of this gym for over 13 years, it has truly become like a second home to me.

I've been training with Dylan Williams for approximately 5 months now. I made the move to Rocklin from Arden because of his dedication to my fitness journey. He prioritizes my well-being, focusing on tailoring the program to suit me rather than trying to mold me into his image or someone else's. When I experienced some elbow discomfort, Dylan recommended Lea for deep tissue massage and stretching, which has been beneficial in addressing the issue. I was particularly impressed during my last session when they collaborated to ensure a cohesive approach to addressing my concerns and observing progress. I genuinely felt like I was receiving personalized attention and a customized program aimed at my specific needs. In-Shape is fortunate to have such dedicated professionals on their team. I am thrilled with the progress I've made under their guidance, and they are equipping me with the necessary tools to work towards my fitness goals.

This gym is way too expensive and doesn't even operate 24/7. I had to freeze my account for 3 months and was informed that I could pay a reduced fee of $175 instead of the original $300 for cancellation, which is still exorbitant. However, upon calling, I discovered that the individual who provided me with this information was being dishonest, so I am still required to pay $120 in fees before the $175 fee can be settled. They really should invest in better training for their staff so they are knowledgeable about the services they offer. In my opinion, 24 hours gym is a much superior option.

Just had me first session with the new trainer at the gym, Anna, and let me tell ya, she’s a proper gem! She breaks it all down so it’s easy to grasp, keeps ya spirits up, and adds a dash of fun to the whole workout. Feeling top-notch and counting down the minutes 'til the next one!

I must say, I had quite the unpleasant experience at the gym today. The individual manning the front desk displayed a rather discourteous attitude towards me and my little ones. Would you believe it? She actually refused my 4-year-old daughter access to the restroom simply because we weren't members. Picture this: there I was, all on my lonesome with my two young ones, a 12-month-old baby in my arms, and tears welling up in my eyes as I dashed around the plaza in search of a restroom. Quite the ordeal, I must say.
