This is the first time I've ever been disappointed in a PF. They have a great selection of equipment, but as others have pointed out, some of it is quite worn out. The men's room was a mess at 5 pm on a Wednesday. There were no benches and only one hook in the changing stalls, so your belongings end up on the floor. Disgusting. The shower I used didn't have the parts to hold the shower head on the wall, making it awkward, and water leaked onto the floor. Also disgusting. The showers had rust and soap scum, indicating a lack of equipment maintenance. Management needs to step up their game and improve the situation. Time to hit the stairmaster and elevate your standards!

A bloody fantastic spot for a workout, I must say! The equipment is always maintained well and the gym is regularly spick and span. The chaps running the place are ever so pleasant, friendly, and willing to lend a hand!

The staff could be friendlier, mate. The place is very tidy and the price is spot on. As of 6/10, I've had a few issues with the staff not being too chummy. I brought a mate in on a Saturday and it took a whopping 18 minutes to "sign him in" – he had to fill out some paperwork, snap a pic, and scribble on the black box thingy. The next Saturday, I brought him again and they had NO INFO on him, despite us giving everything last week, even his address and driver's license details. They were dead set on us filling it all out again. We didn't bother. Today we popped into the Mississippi location. Blimey, what a difference! Even though the front desk fella was rushed off his feet, he gave us a nod and acknowledged everyone there. We signed a guest sheet like I've done at other spots and were good to go for a workout. This club is getting my vote as my main spot from now on.

Alright, let's get started with the basics, mate. Planet Fitness is barely a "gym" or a "fitness center"; it's more of a cardio theater country club with machines. To that point... If they've got about 18 tellies and only 4 of 'em work, well, that's a failing score by any measure. So, those tellies are knackered.
Secondly, when askin' club managers to just change a channel, they don't even give it a go, whereas at other PFs, they at least have a crack at it.
Thirdly, many of the treadmills aren't accurate with their speed, so I reckon many people think they're belting out at 7 mph and racking up the miles, but that's off on bloody loads of them, so they're livin' a fib crafted by dodgy gear.
The good news is that the regular cleaning staff is top-notch and dead lovely. They do a bang-up job. Cheers!

I 'aven't been back to this gym in a year. While it's seen a 10% improvement, it still lacks 'ot water in the showers. Quite bothersome at 5am, I must say.

This place 'as so much potential to reach 5 stars, innit? But you can tell they ain't keepin' up wit' it, blimey. The equipment is all worn out and there're loads of missin' parts. 'Ad a proper good workout, but coz they don't care about keepin' the gear in top shape, I can't give 'em 5 stars 'ere.

This bloke was just too lazy to cancel my membership and told me to go to the other location, which is about 50 miles away!
As per usual, when you start a membership, they're ever so accommodating, but when you try to cancel, it becomes a right hassle!

The worst gym I've ever been to. It's impossible to breathe with the fumes from cheap perfume and cologne making the air toxic. Packed to the brim with non-English speaking individuals, so every piece of equipment is in use, and as I mentioned, the air quality is toxic with everyone dousing themselves in perfume. I wouldn't recommend going there for your health.

On the 11th of March 2024, I strolled in to terminate my membership, paid my tardy fee, and was informed it had been canceled. Come April 19th, a charge from Planet Fitness appears on my statement. Upon ringing them up, they claim the cancellation did not go through and vaguely promise a refund. Alas, no reimbursement ever materialized. This establishment exhibits poor business practices, with a staff seemingly more fixated on gawping at incoming guests than ensuring the proper termination of memberships.

It's a wee place, but spotlessly clean. They've got a fair bit of cardio kit, so you can usually get on without much hassle. Just beware, you might have to queue for the weight machines and there ain't too many free weights lying around.

I wouldn't recommend this gym at all!! Besides the fact that it's the worst one I've seen so far with machines and amenities not working. Something as simple as the water bottle filler machine should be kept in working order. Also, the total body machine supposedly isn't working either. All I know is that this gym used to be really good (5 years ago). I might just pay a little extra and switch gyms. Not good at all! Avoid this gym at all costs!!!

I do fancy the variety of equipment and the minimal waiting time. However, the showers are a bit lacking in soap dispensers, with some even missing them altogether. The shower curtain hooks are mostly broken, with only a few in working order. Several machines are in need of maintenance and not operating at full capacity. The ownership seems rather lax in tending to this establishment. Perhaps a new management team is needed to oversee the facility.

Quite packed in comparison to other gyms I've visited. The staff were all friendly and the restroom facilities were impeccably clean. There might be room for improvement in updating some of the equipment, but overall it served its purpose.

I've been attending this Planet Fitness for approximately six months and have been a member for about 8 years. This is definitely the worst one I've visited. I've inquired three times about when they will be restocking the weights for the Smith machines, but received no response. The leg press machine has no weights available, so I always have to borrow from other machines to make up for it. Every other Planet Fitness I've visited has at least 8 45lb weights specifically for the leg press machine.
