The staff be very friendly, always greetin' ya when ya arrive, and bid ya farewell when ya depart. They do a bang-up job at keepin' the place spick and span. I also be lovin' that it be brand spankin' new!

The gym is neat and tidy. The staff are mostly great. However, there's this bloke who I reckon is some kind of manager there. He's a young chap with facial hair like Merlin the wizard, and it's not doing him any favours, mate. Honestly, mate, shave it off. Anyway, he's always been a bit short and rude with me ever since I started going there, even going as far as to curse out a worker for letting me use the hydromassage after not realising my membership had expired. I'd been going all that week with no bother. They know me and my missus because we've been regulars for 2 years. They were fine with me showing up until Swazi Merlin came along and rudely told me to leave. I did leave, for good. Now I give my business to Crunch Fitness. They're open 24 hours most days and the staff are really cool and respectful towards customers. Plus, no strange noise rules...

The absolute rubbish gym I've ever been to, everyone stares at you as if they have some staring affliction or tries to chat you up when all you want is to work out in peace. The most dreadful gym I've stepped foot in. I promptly canceled my membership and I certainly shan't be setting foot in that place ever again.

A splendid, spick and span establishment. The lavatories and changing rooms were pristine and well-ordered. Abundant machinery meant no considerable waiting period for any equipment. Not overly packed; folks kept to themselves. A top-notch experience for a communal gym.

Today 'twas my first day at the Planet Fitness location, and I must say, that gym is rather splendid! I fell in love with it as soon as I walked in. The staff members were so polite and respectful, and they were willing to assist me with whatsoever I required. The place looked quite different! Everyone did a great job in ensuring that the environment remained tidy and organized. 'Tis marvelous to know that there art not only one but two Planet Fitness locations, and I adore them both. Whenever thou hast the chance, do go take a gander!

This establishment is managed by young, immature individuals who lack understanding of customer service. I was mistakenly charged twice for a drink, and when I brought it to the manager's attention and showed her my bank statement clearly evidencing the double charge, she claimed her records indicated otherwise and refused to take any action. Unacceptable. I had been charged twice with evidence to prove it, so she should have at least offered me a complimentary drink. However, due to her ignorance and incompetence in handling her duties, she developed an attitude towards me. I expressed my opinion of her, and as a result, I have been banned from all Planet Fitness locations.

Farewell to them! There are numerous issues with the place anyway; the tanning beds are subpar, the equipment is frequently out of order. I had been intending to explore Crunch Gym, so goodbye!

The bloomin' manager is simply dreadful. I happened to overhear 'im chattin' with another coworker, who I'm certain are chums if ya catch me drift 🫣 They were makin' disparagin' remarks 'bout the lasses while they were workin' out. It was Wesley and Kevin. I won't be returnin', that's for sure. In the end, I signed up for a gym membership at Crunch gym down the road for just 10 quid a month, and you can even bring a mate along! Plus, they offer live workout classes. Much better than the body shamin' goin' on at Planet Fitness. I even 'ave it all recorded as I confronted both of them. Cheers!

I've been a PF member since 2014, cheers! I quite fancy the club and being a black card member allows me to swing by and make use of any PF location. I must say, I do relish the hydro massage beds as well. Cheers!
