Doris Johnson (5/2/25, 5:53 PM):
If I could give zero stars, I totally would. I signed up for a membership at this gym for my kids last spring and it was a nightmare. They didn't enjoy the camp, and the pool was always overcrowded with smaller pools roped off. When I tried to cancel my membership on July 2nd, they told me I missed the deadline to avoid being charged for July, fair enough. But then on August 16th, they charged me again out of the blue. I called them, and they acknowledged my cancellation but couldn't explain the random charge. They advised me to sort it out with my bank, which I did. They assured me it wouldn't happen again. However, come September, I was charged once more. This time, I caught it before it cleared and called the office, and they promised to refund the amount within 7-10 days. Then, a hurricane hit, and I lost access to power, gas, and internet, preventing me from checking my account. Upon finally regaining internet access today, I discover that not only did they not reimburse the initial unauthorized charge, but they also took out another one. I am beyond frustrated - $120 down the drain. I have to go back to the bank tomorrow, get a new debit card, and lock down my account to prevent further charges. What a disgraceful rip-off.

I 'aven't used the facilities much so I can't really give me two cents on 'em, ya know what I mean?
