My mum has been a member at Planet Fitness for well over a year now, and she's quite disappointed with the way the staff treats her. They don't seem very professional or friendly, but rather appear bothered and agitated when interacting with customers. Going to Planet Fitness is her time to unwind, but from the moment she arrives until she leaves, she feels disrespected and even more stressed out. Sadly, my mum is considering canceling her membership. Hopefully, this issue will be looked into and resolved.

My wife and I make it to the gym about 2 or 3 times a week! Always great to get a workout in with the equipment, and the staff is fantastic, especially Melissa. She is wonderful and incredibly helpful with whatever we need or any questions we have.

Just like all the other PFs I've visited, this one is set up the same way. The staff are friendly and they do a good job of keeping it clean. They recently introduced some new amenities like hydro massage and other perks for "black card" members.

It used to be a really good place until the new manager arrived, singled out me and my boyfriend as I am his plus one. Apparently, I have to register to be here if I'm a plus one, which must be a brand new policy because I had a membership for a while, and then my cousin used to have me as her plus one and I never had to register. Be cautious with this Planet Fitness, the new manager gives me bad vibes.

It's quite tidy and recently renovated. I did develop a skin rash on my hand for a day or so. I'd suggest going early in the morning for less of a crowd. The treadmills tend to get busy on the weekends.

The 2-star rating was solely due to my experience at one location. I would like to reconsider this, as everyone has mentioned to me that the pricing is excellent. I do intend to upgrade my membership to have access to all locations.

I typically visit the Frederick PF, which is quite pleasant. However, this particular location was rather unkempt, and the black card spa section could certainly benefit from some renovations. I noticed deceased insects under the glass of the tanning beds, and the controls were malfunctioning. Overall, it was a disappointing experience to make the trip there.

I recently restarted my gym routine and I see it as my me-time, my means of getting away from everything and releasing stress. I really like this gym, but I wish they had medicine balls and resistance bands. It can be quite bothersome when you're working out in a specific area and suddenly a training group swoops in, crowding around you and leaving you with little space. Despite having my music blaring, I still hear the trainer yelling instructions. Last night, it was so disruptive that I ended up leaving the gym without completing even half of my workout. This never used to happen before.

I've been frequenting this establishment since they opened their doors, but today the manager Emily displayed a disappointing level of rudeness and lack of professionalism when addressing a mistake that was actually made by the gym. Mistakes are inevitable, but it's crucial how they are addressed, and Emily's conduct left me feeling very uneasy. I'm now contemplating cancelling my membership due to this unfavorable customer service experience.

Quite disappointed that they didn't refund my yearly fee, which was charged 15 days before I canceled. The fee was for the upcoming year. And to top it off, even though I canceled on February 16th, they still billed me monthly on the 17th. I politely requested a refund with what I believe is a solid argument, but was informed that it's part of the agreement I signed. I had planned on rejoining as a member in a few months, but not anymore.

It is a Planet Fitness. You know what to expect before you walk through the door. It's like attempting to write a review for Subway, quite impossible really. It lives up to expectations. The staff are decent, they get the job done. The facility is tidy. There may be larger Planet Fitness locations out there, but there is sufficient equipment so you're not left waiting on someone to finish up. Overall, it's satisfactory.

I just started back in February at Planet Fitness. It's very tidy and well-kept. The customer service from the team is top-notch, they're super friendly. The black card offers fantastic value with all the perks included.

The staff 'ere is quite friendly, patient, and professional. They made me feel right at home and 'ave top-notch customer service skills. I'm quite fond of the wide range of equipment they 'ave available for use. And don't even get me started on the hydromassage bed! It's simply brilliant!
