Absolutely the most unprofessional gym I've ever encountered. The "owner" Scott seems to have zero clue on how to manage a business. Providing excuses for being unavailable to arrange a membership or simply not having any staff on hand to assist is just absurd. He'll text your personal number and never deliver on anything. THIS particular location is a complete joke. Hopefully, they can bring in some proper assistance soon, as Scott is a real issue.

This has been the most dreadful experience I've had at Anytime Fitness. I was quite literally bothered by Scott and he told me, "You're not allowed to have phone conversations on the floor." Mind you, I was conversing with my trainer through my wireless headset. If I had been loud, disruptive, and disturbing to others, then Scott's approach might have made sense. However, Scott felt compelled to enforce rules upon me more than once. I politely inquired where it was stated that phone conversations were prohibited. He directed me to a general courtesy sign that did not mention phone conversations being banned. Additionally, he referenced contracts that supported his regulations. Once again, I asked for evidence but none was provided. When I challenged his directives by requesting proof of this rule, Scott proceeded to involve the authorities. The police remained impartial and understanding. I stood my ground and reasoned with the officers about the unfairness and absurdity of the situation. They offered advice and suggested that the best course of action to address this injustice was through the corporate office. Unpleasant experiences are bound to occur in life, but it is disheartening that it transpired at the very place I visit to combat depression and improve my health. Who would have imagined that a simple conversation with my trainer at the gym would escalate to such extreme consequences? Ultimately, Scott behaves very unprofessionally, unethically, impractically, and uses his ownership as a badge of authority over members. There are always two sides to every story, and I hope mine is taken into consideration. I am deeply upset by this incident at the Hyannis location.

Absolutely splendid, couldn't have asked for a finer gym or staff! Every individual here is simply marvelous, stepping inside feels like a dream realized. The equipment and the staff are truly top-notch, we had my mate's body assessed and discovered he's overweight, but we're determined to guide him towards achieving his ideal gym physique with the assistance of the exceptional staff! Gratitude to all and do consider joining us.

I absolutely adore this gym because it's always open! The staff are fantastic, the equipment is spotless and well-tended to. Just to set the record straight, I'm not the same Adam as that rude bloke from a year back.

I absolutely adored this gym until it came time to terminate my membership. I must confess, I was unaware that I was still being billed for a membership that I believed had ended over 6 months ago. Upon noticing the payment debited from my bank account, I promptly visited the gym to cancel. To my surprise, I was informed that auto-renewal is their policy, and despite my cancellation, I would be charged again next month as per their regulations. They were unyielding and unwilling to rectify the situation. The customer service was abysmal. The only concession offered was that I could continue to use the facilities for the remainder of the month, despite my recent injury preventing physical activity. It is important to note that they lack empathy and are unwilling to cooperate in any manner; instead, they continue to extract funds even post-cancellation.

Yet another splendid Anytime Fitness! The variety of equipment within this compact space is simply astounding! There's no lack of anything here. Cable machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and a spacious studio for classes complete this treasure! Everything has its place... truly impressive! And before you go, make sure to try out the Octane Fitness Lateral elliptical for a killer MMA workout. Cheers!
