I was in the area and happened to notice Sanctuary Gym, so I decided to have a look at them online! I gave them a call, popped in, and received an InBody Scan as well as a tour. The owner was delightful and incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that the gym is inclusive, not overly crowded, and stocked with every piece of equipment you could ever need. Definitely worth checking out!

I attended a lower body class and my instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to correct my form, which I found quite helpful. The ladies' restroom is impeccably maintained, and I never find the dumbbell section in disarray due to people not re-racking their weights 🙌🏾. The staff exudes professionalism, and I appreciate the convenience of being able to get an accurate body fat scan whenever I want. I have a membership that allows me to try different classes each month, and Pilates has quickly become my favorite!
