I was feeling pretty nervous when I first began. I had never tried weightlifting or any structured exercise before. Being unfit and in my mid-forties (feeling more like a century old) really made me doubt if I fit in there. Kim and the other coaches put me at ease and welcomed me. There's no rush there, just encouragement. Exactly what I needed! And there are plenty of folks my age and even older! It's never too late to start. If you're unsure about joining, I urge you to chat with Kim. Her laid-back and friendly attitude will help ease your worries.

I've signed up for the bootcamp twice and I'm officially a member now! The coaches are fantastic and extremely skilled. What's even more amazing is that the members not only support you, but the coaches too. They make you feel like part of the family and genuinely want to see you improve!

I have some physical issues with my feet, and Kim & her staff are always willing to help modify so that I can still get workouts in without stressing my feet any more than I have to! Great group & very fortunate to have CrossFit in our community!!

I do a lot of traveling for work and I find myself visiting many gyms and CrossFit boxes in various cities. Unlimited Athletics -Jennings is by far the top-notch facility I've come across. The staff is not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable, always ready to challenge you while providing support. The gym is spotless, with ample restroom and shower amenities. The equipment is always top-notch and caters to athletes of all levels, from novices to experts. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

When I first started at Crossfit Unlimited in Crowley 3 years ago, I was terribly dissatisfied with my post-childbirth appearance. Initially, I just wanted to try out the bootcamp and see if it suited me. Fast forward to today, and I'm still a regular after 3 years. It has been one of the finest choices I've made for both my physical and mental well-being. I feel fantastic and eagerly anticipate going to the gym every day. The coaches genuinely care and are always available to assist when needed. I cannot speak highly enough of Crossfit Unlimited!

I am absolutely chuffed with this gym! CrossFit gyms can sometimes be a bit daunting, but as soon as I stepped through the door, I was greeted warmly. I had a sit-down chat with the owner to chat about my physique, my goals, my capabilities, the whole shebang. The workouts are tailored to suit any level of skill, which is incredibly handy.
