The staff at this gym are so friendly, the facility is always spotless and in top-notch condition.

The number of people working out here is just right, and most of the members understand and follow proper gym etiquette and social distancing guidelines.

Every now and then, you might catch a glimpse of the elusive Instagram workout celebrity, or the notorious ILS (imaginary lat syndrome) show-off with no shirt on.

Greg has assembled a team that is not only highly skilled but also incredibly personable.

Fantastic job all around, keep up the excellent work!

This spot definitely ranks in my top five Planet Fitness gyms. Ever since the pandemic, I've been jetting off to various construction sites for work as a proud member of the I.B.E.W union. I've got to say, the team at Planet Fitness Kokomo is absolutely fantastic! The gym and locker room are kept spick and span by individuals who truly prioritize the welfare of their members.
Big thanks for never failing to give me a warm welcome whenever I pop by your establishment.

This gym is absolutely smashing! The atmosphere is supportive and friendly, and everything is kept spick and span. They've got a splendid array of equipment that caters to all your workout needs. And let me tell you, the big screen TVs are top-notch for keeping you entertained while breaking a sweat. Plus, they even offer tanning beds and massage beds - it's like a one-stop shop for all your fitness and relaxation needs!

The employees here ain't much help, mate. It's a right shame when you're just starting out and ask for a hand with the equipment, only to be told to "check the app 'cause it's got all the info you need." Do these folks even know how these machines work, or what? And it wasn't just one employee, no - multiple of 'em said the exact same thing. Blimey.

I must say, I quite enjoy my workouts here in Kokomo and the staff are generally friendly. However, I must point out that the tanning beds leave much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Back when I worked at a tanning salon, we were very strict about keeping the beds spotless because customers would not hesitate to voice their complaints! I have raised this issue with the staff on multiple occasions, yet it seems that little has changed. I decided to forego tanning for the summer, but come winter, I thought I'd give it another try only to find the same unclean conditions persisting. It appears that there is a lack of enforcement when it comes to ensuring that customers clean up after themselves. Perhaps they should make it a practice to periodically wipe down the equipment throughout the day. I also can't help but notice that the younger staff seem to have quite a bit of free time on their hands, which might explain the oversight. It could be beneficial for them to schedule a deep cleaning session on the weekends, especially now that the gym is no longer open 24 hours a day. While I don't usually like to nitpick, I do have a good sense of what a properly maintained establishment should look like.
