A jolly good gym indeed. The gear is always in top-notch condition and spick and span. The showers are absolutely splendid! Perhaps a couple of other fitness establishments could swing by and learn a thing or two from this fine establishment. The staff is ever so helpful and amiable, without being overbearing or insistent. I must say, I have a deep affection for this place. :-)

They got me stuck in a pricey yearly contract when I was only around for 3 months, and then refused to let me cancel once I relocated out of state. Now they're saying I have to send them a written statement for cancellation even though it's been more than a year. Absolutely maddening.

The gym is a bit cramped, and their cardio gear is looking a bit worse for wear. They also hit you up for extra fees twice a year supposedly for equipment upgrades, but I didn't see any improvements. I never quite felt at ease in this gym. Cancelling is a hassle too – you can't just do it over the phone; you have to go in person. And if you leave it too late, they'll keep charging you for an extra month even after your contract is up. Just something to bear in mind.

I must say, having 24-hour access is quite the perk, wouldn't you agree? Personally, I find the Breax Bridge and Carencro spot more to my liking compared to the Pont Des Mouton location. The female manager over there can be a tad moody, if you catch my drift.
