Top-notch gym. State-of-the-art equipment. Recently relocated from a more compact space. Exceptional team of staff and trainers. However, the shower facilities are subpar, with only one on each side and no proper locker rooms to speak of.

I 'ave been wiv Be Fit from the very start. I 'ave partaken in soccer-specific personal training wiv Brandin as well as used the gym on me own. The one-on-one training elevated me soccer skills significantly, and I can honestly say that without Be Fit, I would not be playin' Division 1 college soccer. Unlike them other cookie-cutter gyms out there, Be Fit's staff treats each member like family. I would highly recommend!

BeFit Performance is absolutely smashing! It's fully decked out for strength training: 2 sets of dumbbells topping 100 lbs each, oodles of squat racks, bench racks, pin-select machines, a jolly Smith machine, ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bikes, rowers, and the like. Not to mention a splendid turf area, mobility bands, weight sleds, and plate-loaded machines. Pristine, private locker rooms with showers, and a savvy, helpful, and uplifting staff. And the cherry on top: it's open 24/7! Oh, yes - if you find yourself tossing and turning at night, you can pop in for a workout at 3 am if your heart desires! Cheers!

Within the soccer academy, coach Brandon has really helped elevate my game both on and off the ball.
