We were absolutely knackered at Carbon! Popped in on Saturday for their carbon companion class. A cracking mix of cardio and strength training, and we felt absolutely smashing afterwards! The expansive gym space and top-notch equipment were right up our alley. Loads of parking and a very convenient gym location. We'll definitely be returning!

This gym has been an absolute game-changer for me! I've tried numerous methods to get fit and strong in the past, but none have been as consistent and effective as this place.

I've been attending for approximately 8 weeks now, and it's the most successful I've ever been in terms of weightlifting and strength-building. What sets this gym apart is its focus on functional strength, flexibility, and conditioning, rather than just bulking up and becoming a muscle-bound beast. It's like the best aspects of CrossFit without any of the drawbacks.

I've invested around $3,000 in weightlifting equipment over the years, but I found myself not using it much at home. Two key factors at Carbon Strength and Conditioning have really worked for me:

1. I commit to attending daily through the app, making a reservation for a limited space. This motivates me to honor my commitments and be an active member of the community.
2. I have a set time each day that I must show up. When I tried working out at home, I would constantly postpone it, saying I'd do it later. By attending the noon class, I either go at that time or not at all, which has helped me avoid procrastination.

Working out alongside others, following a pre-made program, has been incredibly beneficial. When I exercise at home, I tend to slack off and give up easily. But at Carbon, I strive to complete each workout with maximum effort, and that approach has been really effective for me.

You should join us! We have some amazingly strong individuals (shoutout to firefighter AJ!) and people of all fitness levels. It's a welcoming atmosphere, and Cole and Laney are fantastic. This gym has boosted my confidence, as I used to mentally beat myself up over my lack of physical fitness progress. That newfound confidence has spilled over into other areas of my life. Come on over and get strong with us, and work towards a lifetime of fitness!

Cole is an absolute legend when it comes to fitness instruction! His wealth of knowledge is second to none, and he really goes the extra mile to tailor his approach to suit your individual needs and objectives. I genuinely believe that this gym caters to individuals of all fitness levels. The workouts here are truly top-notch and I have never felt better. I wholeheartedly recommend it, a perfect 10/10!

If there e'er was a person allergic to the gym and "gym culture" that would 100% be me. But as years keep going by, it becomes so easy to ignore your physical and mental health while prioritizing everything except ourselves. After researching every local (and not so local) option and feeling a bit frustrated I decided to give Cole at Carbon Strength a shot. All I can say is I’m hooked. Small groups, individual assistance, and most importantly, a feeling of family and community that I had never experienced in the gym world. Is it scary? Aye. Is it hard? Aye. Challenging? Aye. Is it incredibly rewarding and fun? Heck yeah it is. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Carbon Strength & Conditioning! The owner, Cole, and members are extremely welcoming, and the whole atmosphere is just fantastic.

The workouts are meticulously planned out—every element serves a purpose, and you always go through a good warm-up, effective strength training, and a proper cool-down. On squat days, you start with mobility and activation drills, then progress to intelligent, demanding strength exercises, and finish off with a cool-down designed to aid recovery.

As a newcomer, I felt really welcomed and supported. The class sizes were small and intimate. The coach was able to offer personalized 1-on-1 guidance. It had all the perks of personal training but in a group setting.

I collaborated with Cole at Carbon whilst rehabbing my knee injury, and he was remarkably flexible in aiding me achieve my objectives!! Eagerly counting down the days until I hit the slopes again!! My only desire is that a facility like Carbon existed in my town!! A solid 10/10 to the Carbon crew!!

I signed up 2 weeks ago and I'm absolutely loving it. Cole creates some really cool workout routines. He adjusts a few exercises for me because I had shoulder surgery last autumn.

I have been attending Carbon for the last month. Cole really knows his stuff. I'm currently rehabbing my foot after a Jones fracture in January. Although my balance is still a bit shaky, I can confidently say that he takes into account any limitations people may have and adapts the exercises accordingly. I can feel my strength and stamina both increasing. Highly recommended!

Absolutely recommend Carbon Strength & Conditioning! I've been going to their classes 3-5 times a week for a few months now, and I've noticed a substantial improvement in my strength and muscle tone. The classes are a blast with fantastic tunes, and they're super well structured with a proper warmup, strength training, and conditioning section!
