I must say, this establishment has left me rather unimpressed. I made the decision to cancel my membership with Snap Fitness back in March, following the proper procedures and receiving confirmation from the owner that it would be terminated after the 30-day notice period, meaning my final payment would be in April. To my dismay, months later, upon reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered that I was still being charged, accumulating a significant sum in fees despite my previous cancellation. Upon addressing this issue with the owner, I was offered a refund and an apology for the oversight, with assurances that my membership was indeed cancelled. However, time passed and yet again, I found myself being charged. Upon reaching out to the facility, now under new ownership, and explaining the situation, I was reminded of the 30-day cancellation policy without any offer of reimbursement for the previous month that had already been cancelled. Here's to hoping that the third time will truly be the charm. As for now, I can only leave this establishment with a one-star review. It makes one wonder if it was all worth the trouble.

As a beginner in the world of fitness, I must say I was absolutely blown away by Snap Fitness. I've tried out some of the more well-known gym chains like Lifetime, and to be honest, they don't hold a candle to this gem of a place. While Snap may not boast every single piece of equipment imaginable, it certainly has everything your average person needs. What truly set this gym apart for me and convinced me to give it a perfect 5/5 rating was the exceptional customer service. The manager was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home in the gym, a stark contrast to the disinterested staff at Lifetime who seemed indifferent to gaining new members. The gym itself was impeccably clean, equipped with state-of-the-art gear, and pleasantly quiet. Overall, if you're looking for a top-notch workout experience coupled with outstanding customer service, do yourself a favor and give Snap Fitness a visit!
