I've been a member at this gym for 8 years now, and I must say it's absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness is top-notch, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the range of equipment available is truly impressive. The classes they offer are also superb, I always look forward to them.

I’ve frequented a number of gyms in the area, my life practically revolves around the gym, and none of them hold a candle to Powerhouse. Every time I drop by another gym, I can’t help but compare it to my beloved "home" gym. The pump I achieve at Powerhouse is simply unmatched elsewhere. The only downside is that a guest pass for a friend during the week will set you back $20+ per person, although they do offer free weekend guests! The hydromassage bed is a godsend for those rest days, incredibly soothing. A HUGE bonus is the Kids Club - my daughter absolutely adores it, which makes hitting the gym after work a breeze because she’s eager to come along.

Oh, and can we talk about the 6 squat racks? Now that’s a rarity!

The front desk staff is outstanding as well; they never pressure you into buying products or invade your personal space like some other gyms do. Miguel at the front desk is consistently helpful and always sporting a cheerful disposition!

The gym is a bit untidy. The machines and weights are in need of repair. The tanning beds seem to always be out of order, under maintenance, or just not working for some reason whenever I visit. The staff turnover is high, so the employees are often new and unaware of what's happening. There doesn't seem to be much management presence, which is apparent in the lack of organization. I've decided to cancel my membership today and won't be renewing it.

Phoned 'em up to inquire 'bout a free one-day trial at the gym, they said yeah.

Once I got there, they told me I 'ad to fork over $20 for a day pass.

That's their shady way of doin' business, if ya ask me.

I've been hitting up this gym for more than a year, and I must say, it's been quite the experience. The staff are all top-notch professionals and the place is always spotless. The only hiccup I've encountered was during the air yoga class – they slapped a 5-dollar fee on my missus, for some reason. Can't quite fathom the logic behind that, but hey, no biggie. If that's the worst thing I can say, then I reckon I'm doing alright. Overall, I've taken a shine to this gym, and the folks who frequent it are a good bunch, no doubt about it.

Oh my word, this gym is just splendid! I've been a loyal member for quite some time now and I must say, it truly brings me joy. Cindy's aerial yoga session is absolutely fantastic!! And let me tell you, Julianne and Melissa's spin classes are so much fun. Ingrid's strength and core classes are no joke either! The instructors are all such lovely people and I feel incredibly comfortable here. And can we talk about the "Free guest Saturdays"? What a marvelous added bonus!

Vince is absolutely brilliant!! He really focuses on the little things, keeps the gym spotless and ensures all the machines are in tip-top condition! I've been a member for 3 years now! Madison is always fantastic, even after working through the night! I adore this place! I've tested out a couple of other gyms, but PowerHouse is without a doubt the top choice for outstanding customer service!
