The pandemic has posed its difficulties, but the gym staff truly shine in maintaining a safe and spotless environment. Everyone is incredibly conscientious about wearing masks and practicing social distancing. This gym is simply unparalleled, offering the ultimate workout experience!!

I used to fancy the gym, but got a bit weary of my routine and wasted time scouring for new workouts. Then, I tried OT once and was instantly hooked. After a month, I couldn't wait for my OT sessions, so I upgraded to unlimited and said goodbye to my old gym. It's truly the ultimate one-hour workout, targeting your entire body. OT really challenges you, and I'm in the best shape ever. I actually look forward to my classes and hate missing a day. Plus, the fact that you can use your membership at any location is a godsend when I'm on the go. I highly recommend giving it a go if you haven't already. You'll only regret not discovering it sooner!

I quite fancy the fact that I'm constantly on the move at this gym. The coaches are full of pep, the fellow members are dedicated, the tunes, although not my usual jam, are rather decent. The membership advisors remember your name and welcome you with a grin. The gym equipment is sturdy and always in working order, unlike many other gyms. The facility is spotless, the workout routines appear to be diverse and not repetitive, and I receive immediate feedback as I exercise, along with a recap at the end.

What a smashing workout! Just pop in and let the coaches take care of the rest. I must say, watching my progress on the grand screen is simply brilliant. This is precisely what I require, as I lack the self-discipline to exercise on my own at the gym. Working out in a group is the bee's knees. We all have the same goal of getting healthier and fitter. The instructors and staff are absolutely top-notch! The gym's location couldn't be better. It's convenient to access, with plenty of parking available. Plus, there's a Starbucks just a stone's throw away.

I've been a member of OTF since February 2019. I love the variety in the workouts. Each session feels different, yet I always feel thoroughly exercised.
