My daughter and I ventured into this gym for the first time in search of some weight and HIIT training classes. We were thoroughly impressed by the seamless booking process, warm reception, top-notch facilities, and the expertise of the trainers who provided personalized corrections, all while using TV monitors to showcase each exercise clearly. Previous encounters with similar studios left me feeling dissatisfied due to the loud environment, lack of personal touch, and unclear guidance. However, BFT stands out from the rest.
The gym's convenient location with ample parking only adds to its appeal. It provides a great complement to my reformer classes. Needless to say, we will definitely be returning.

What a smashing workout!! I had 3 top-notch trainers, Alex, Stevie, and Payton, for my session. They made sure everyone stayed on point, provided guidance on form/technique, and, most importantly, kept the energy levels up. The technology they use is truly the dog's bollocks.
I'll absolutely be popping back to try out the different workouts they have on offer.
I can't praise them enough - would highly recommend!!

They really know how to make a tough workout enjoyable. The coaches are incredibly encouraging. The clientele is wonderfully varied, so there's no need to feel self-conscious about starting at a lower level :) The sessions fly by and are always changing, so there's never a dull moment!

If you're on the hunt for a comprehensive training program, BFT is the way to go! I was initially hesitant to leave my previous gym and give this one a shot, but boy am I glad I did.
This gym really hones in on building strength and endurance, using your heart rate as a guide on when to push harder or dial it back. It feels like receiving personalized training in a lively group setting.
With multiple coaches always present, each one brimming with knowledge, energy, and eagerness to assist, you can rest assured you're maximizing the benefits of every workout.
I'd suggest committing to at least 3 days a week to fully immerse yourself in their program cycle, typically spanning 8 weeks for optimal results.
A recent highlight for me was trying out an Evolt360 body composition scan. These scans are part of your membership and offer a more comprehensive way to track progress beyond just weight. I believe they retest every 4 - 8 weeks.
While there are no on-site showers, they do provide free parking in the garage! Overall, if you're in search of a new gym or want to shake up your current routine, I wholeheartedly recommend giving BFT a go.

'Tis the first time I've partaken in this type of workout, and I must say, I fancy the notion of personal training melded with group sessions. 'Tis a delightful blend of cardio and strength exercises, ensuring that each day presents a fresh challenge for me. I nevah thought I would be so motivated to wake up early for a workout….and actually stick with it. Each session is challenging and has variety. I leave feeling accomplished. The coaches do a great job of teaching you the correct form while supporting you through the session. It’s just all in all a really encouraging environment. So glad to have found this place!
