I'd like to share my feedback by giving one star. Avoid this place at all costs! They lured me into a contract under the guise of a trial period with the promise of being able to cancel within 30 days. This turned out to be a deceitful scheme! My encounter with the general manager, Steve, was unpleasant and unprofessional. When I expressed concerns about the unexpected charges, he rudely told me to leave and deal with the aftermath on my own. I had to resort to contacting the BBB due to the severity of the situation. It was truly an unpleasant experience!

In 2019, I would have given this gym 5 stars! However, as of now, I can only rate it 1 star. It has become excessively noisy, with a lack of consideration from other gym-goers. When I joined the gym, I had guest privileges, but apparently, they were revoked without prior notice! Whether this is due to COVID protocols or not, it's still unacceptable! California has reopened! I brought my cousin for a workout because it's closer to home and we were denied access! I'm switching to Planet Fitness because they still offer guest privileges!"

To my dismay, it appeared that my gym membership had not been cancelled at all. I promptly contacted my bank to dispute the charge and prevent any further transactions from the gym. Fortunately, my refund was processed within three days. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment, as their primary focus appears to be profit rather than customer satisfaction. The manager, Blanco, exemplifies the epitome of poor customer service and business management.

When I politely asked if I could at least use the bathroom, I was informed that it was for members only, despite being a Crunch Fitness member. Blanco's lack of professionalism and rude behavior has left me with no choice but to cancel all my memberships.

I phoned up to inquire about bringing a mate along. The lady on the line assured me that it was fine, just advise your pal to bring some form of ID. So we rocked up together, but my buddy only had a Florida ID. The lady then informed us that guest passes are reserved for locals. Consequently, my friend had to fork out $15 for a day pass... not the best experience, I must say.
Might want to clarify in the future that guest passes are exclusively for "local" guests to avoid any unnecessary hassle.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This gym experience was absolutely dreadful, undoubtedly the worst I've ever encountered. It's not about Crunch as a whole, but specifically this location. The deceit was continuous and it ended up costing me a significant amount of money. I found myself in a nearly year-long dispute with them regarding the closure of my account and an additional one. Only after finally managing to close them did I receive the full truth, along with no assistance whatsoever. Despite numerous emails and countless phone calls, each time with a different person, I was misled and taken advantage of. From the start, I had been completely honest and even shared that my Mother had recently passed away, yet they continued to withdraw funds from my account without my knowledge. This whole situation has left me feeling disheartened and truly let down.

Y'all gotta watch out for them late fees when they don't pull out that $20 a month like they should. It's been happening to me for the past three months, and I've had to get it waived each time. If I got a date set for the funds to come out, then take it on that day! Not a whole week later trying to tack on an extra $15 for your mistake. Most of the folks at the front desk don't even say a word and give you a strange look when you walk in. First impressions are essential in customer service, so you oughta be greeting the members, plain and simple. Otherwise, why are you even working at the gym, right? I'd prefer to see some fit folks working at a gym, and I shouldn't be looking better than my personal trainer. Half the time, all the dumbbells are scattered on the floor because some rude members can't bother to rerack after one rep. The employees just chill there and don't bother to clean up, so there's limited workout space. I had to ask the guy at the front desk why he ain't greeting folks and looking so grumpy. I used to work at a gym, and you always greet people with a smile when they come in and wish them a good day when they leave. Not everyone's cut out for customer service. This gym ain't what it used to be. Out-of-shape employees gossiping about folks? Seems kinda backwards, don't it? I stick around 'cause it's local and cheap at $20, plus I can bring my daughter for free.
