Upon relocating to Pittsburgh back in the year 2017, I found meself in a bit of a pickle tryna locate a proper gym that resonated with me soul, ya know? But lo and behold, come summer of 2021, I stumbled upon Pittsburgh FIT, and let me tell ya, it's been a real game changer for me. Pittsburgh FIT, they really do create an environment that fosters personal and athletic growth, thanks to their top-notch coaching staff who are not only skilled and knowledgeable but also care about creating a welcoming space for folks from all walks of life. They value diversity, equity, and inclusion, welcoming members of different backgrounds, identities, genders, body types, ages, and abilities. And when it comes to fitness, mate, they've got somethin' for everyone – whether you're lookin' to get in shape, improve your overall health and wellness with functional fitness, or dive into CrossFit-style training and Olympic lifting. I feel blessed and downright proud to be part of this gym, and I can't wait to see how much more I can grow as both an athlete and a human within this community. Cheers to Pittsburgh FIT!

I've been attending Pittsburgh Fit for 4.5 years now, and let me tell you, this gym has truly transformed my life. Specifically, my personal trainer Erika has been an absolute game-changer!! She's not only incredibly knowledgeable and kind, but also super motivating and compassionate, supportive and funny. We have a blast while I work on getting stronger!! Personal training wasn't really on my radar before, but now I can't imagine my gym routine without it. For instance, Erika tailors my workouts so I can confidently train on my own 3 times a week, and then we have our 1-on-1 sessions weekly for that extra push in my strength journey. Thanks to her guidance, I achieved a new PR - a 300lb deadlift!! It feels amazing to be strong and capable in my body, and the welcoming, LGBTQ+-friendly community of coaches and members at Pittsburgh Fit remind me of that every day. A big shoutout to Erika and all the other trainers working hard to guide us towards greatness. And huge thanks to Jodi for fostering an environment where I can thrive as an athlete. I'm absolutely loving Pittsburgh Fit!! 💙

This gym is absolutely top-notch and totally worth the time, dedication, and investment!

I'm currently taking part in a 12-week challenge here.

The investment includes several personal training sessions, unlimited group fitness classes, and multiple nutrition coaching sessions.

I am thrilled that I chose to participate.

I'm making fantastic progress with each passing week.

Corey H. is an incredible personal trainer, extremely knowledgeable about weightlifting and fitness. I really admire his motivation throughout the sessions, as well as his consistent delivery of challenging workouts and exercises that push me to work harder, ultimately helping me build strength and confidence.

Heather is a fantastic nutrition coach. She is truly a treasure trove of knowledge in this field. I value her guidance and attentive ear during our sessions. She has already helped me tremendously in staying on track with the small but crucial dietary changes I've made.

The group workouts are lively and enjoyable.
Some are more demanding than others. If you're not familiar with strength training and conditioning (especially heavy lifting), I would suggest starting with a personal trainer initially or as much as necessary to establish a strong foundation that will enhance your performance in the classes.

Overall, my experience here has been phenomenal.

I am grateful I became part of this community and can't wait to see where this journey leads me.
