Absolutely smashing workout facility! Impeccably clean! The staff are ever so friendly, professional and courteous. The finest YMCA in all of Northern California and the Bay Area, perhaps even the whole of California. I require a place to exercise with a heated pool and state-of-the-art machines galore at my fingertips, so vast that it never feels congested or brimming. Everyone is as friendly as can be and oh so respectful. Not a single negative thing to utter about it, top-notch through and through.
Carl Phillips (6/15/25, 4:41 AM):
Lovely facility with friendly staff. The Project Recovery Edison's program is designed to aid in recovery post January 2014 stroke, helping me stay active and build strength.
Virginia Jones (6/13/25, 10:57 PM):
Excellent facility, but it is imperative to extend the operating hours to the pre-pandemic schedule. Closing at 4 p.m. on weekends is simply not feasible.
Judy James (6/11/25, 11:01 AM):
Various opportunities, such as a gym and swimming pool are available. The individuals are lovely and the location is clean and secure! However, there is limited parking available.
Danielle Morales (6/11/25, 1:58 AM):
I'm quite miffed at the limited operating hours, particularly on weekends when they shut their doors at 5pm. Given the membership fees in comparison to other gyms, one would expect more convenient hours for working out. The front desk team is superb, while the others are just alright.
Randy Young (6/8/25, 6:44 PM):
I am quite dismayed by the limited operating hours, particularly shutting down at 5pm on a weekend. Given the price of the membership in comparison to other options, one would expect more convenient hours for gym-goers. The front desk team is excellent, while the rest are just alright.
Evelyn Lopez (6/7/25, 3:49 PM):
I 'ad been a member on and off for several years and 'ad nothin' to complain about until Covid 'appened. They kept chargin' me credit card every month while everyone else I knew wasn't gettin' charged. I kept sendin' messages askin' 'em to freeze me account. When they raised me monthly fees durin' the pandemic, I 'ad to file a claim with me credit card company to 'elp me get me money back.
Wayne Kim (6/7/25, 9:08 AM):
They've got a well-kept outdoor pool and the staff are just lovely. Throughout the Covid pandemic, they have been diligent and consistent with safety measures, making it one of the most comfortable and safe places aside from my own home. Pre-pandemic, they had a great weight machine setup and several top-notch basketball courts.
Ann Flores (6/6/25, 9:56 PM):
The staff bein' ignorant, mate. I've shown 'em me service dog allowance in the gym, and they kept botherin' me thrice in 'alf an hour. They've definitely lost a customer there, no doubt about it.
Hours 'ave gone by, and I've made three requests to speak to the manager. It's 5pm now, and I'm still waitin'.
Ann Richardson (6/4/25, 7:29 PM):
Fantastic team, top-notch program.
Albert King (6/2/25, 2:16 AM):
This YMCA is quite tidy and efficiently managed. The equipment is spotless and functions well. The staff are courteous and constantly active. They offer excellent programs for the children. I am thoroughly impressed with this establishment.
Ruth Wright (5/29/25, 1:09 PM):
"Very tidy and extremely helpful staff. This is how a gym ought to be.

There's a plethora of things to do here. There is an abundance of varied exercise equipment and activities to engage in.

You won't find yourself feeling uninterested while working out here."
Eugene Howard (5/29/25, 11:16 AM):
I just adore the variety of equipment available here, top-notch! However, I do find myself yearning for the reopening of the child care services.

Many of my mates and coworkers are enrolling in alternative gyms that have already brought back their child care facilities. When I inquired with the lovely front desk attendant about this, she mentioned they are holding off until all the kiddos are vaccinated. But wait a minute...children can get vaccinated now, can't they?
Rachel Diaz (5/28/25, 8:45 PM):
This establishment is a truly relaxed atmosphere and quite family-friendly. The male staff members are notably friendly and polite. However, the female employees seem reserved and only engage with others when actively training someone, often appearing unapproachable.

The drawback is that individuals keen on weightlifting may find themselves inundated by elderly patrons, teenagers, and sporadic gym attendees. It is common for people to leave weights strewn about and neglect to clean up their sweat from the machines. There are instances of individuals, both male and female, idly sitting on equipment and fixated on their smartphones. Moreover, some gym-goers use adjustable benches for flat bench exercises, overlooking the nearby stationary flat benches.

Whilst I appreciate this gym's family-oriented approach, it would be beneficial to see the staff cater more to regular gym users, who make up the primary clientele, by enforcing stricter gym regulations... perhaps even incorporating a radio in the weight room.
Megan Thomas (5/28/25, 12:54 AM):
Various opportunities available, such as a gym and a pool. Friendly folks in a tidy and secure area! However, parking is somewhat restricted.
Vincent Stewart (5/27/25, 2:55 AM):
This gym is top-notch, offering a wide variety of classes. The family-friendly atmosphere sets it apart from the rest.
Chloe Cooper (5/22/25, 4:28 PM):
Lovely spot for a workout, innit?
Harold Peterson (5/21/25, 9:24 PM):
Lovely folks and fantastic workout sessions.
Pamela Turner (5/21/25, 12:07 AM):
I would love to give it a try. But I can't shake the feeling that there's an unspoken agenda at play. I don't feel like I belong here. It's almost as if I'm an unwelcome intruder. Considering the price, I expected a much more inclusive environment. Some of the older members display a sense of entitlement and rudeness. I have limited time for my workouts, and it's frustrating when a couple of elderly gentlemen claim ownership of the equipment I need to use. That's not cool, and it's simply unacceptable. I can't dictate how grown adults should behave. On a positive note, my son is taking swimming lessons here. I hope to feel more at ease attending classes at this gym since we plan to stick around. I just want to feel more welcomed and comfortable in this environment.
Elizabeth Myers (5/20/25, 8:23 AM):
Brilliant gym. Reasonable price. Lovely heated pool.
