I was totally drawn in after my initial class!!! The team here is incredibly warm and well-informed. If you're keen on getting fit while forming new friendships, this is the spot for you.
I wouldn't swap Agate Pass Fitness gym even if I had one nearer to home. It's worth the drive every morning. Our coaches are enthusiastic, engaging, well-prepared, and most importantly, they make you feel like part of the family. We have a diverse group, and athletes are kind to each other, creating a friendly community. Highly recommended!👍
Completely new in this area, I spotted the sign off State Hwy 305, so I decided to stop by, and am I thrilled that I did! I hadn't been able to focus on my fitness for almost a year due to Covid, moving across the country to a new job location, and a loss in the family. When I spoke with Julie, one of the owners, she took the time to make me feel right at home, and I particularly appreciated their stance on inclusivity! It hasn't been easy, that's for sure, but now, two months in, joining this gym has been the best decision I've made this Spring. My overall health, flexibility, balance, sleep, and much more have all seen significant improvements!

I'm back at Agate Pass Fitness after a wee surgery in December, and it has been absolutely brilliant.
Mike and Julie have been fantastic in helping me tailor the workout of the day (WOD) to my needs and making sure my form is spot on to avoid any more injuries.
The vibe here is like a tight-knit family, with everyone supporting and pushing each other to reach their personal fitness goals.

This fantastic gym is family owned and operated. All are welcome, regardless of their fitness level. Originally a CrossFit center, it has now diversified to include HIIT and yoga classes. The schedule is consistently adapted to comply with the constantly changing COVID regulations. A truly wonderful gym community.

I absolutely adore Agate Pass CrossFit! Colby, Mike, and Julie do a fantastic job running the gym, providing a safe and welcoming environment. The sense of community they have cultivated among members truly feels like a family. I observed Colby's interactions with his dog Ginger, and it's clear he adores her and all animals. Don't hesitate to give it a try! If you're passionate about fitness, you won't be let down.

You know, mate, this gym's got an indoor pickleball court where you can really work up a sweat. And to top it off, they've got the place pumping with some loud and upbeat classic rock tunes. It's a real game-changer for your workout routine, I tell ya!
UPDATE 11/28/23: Approaching a year since I embarked on my fitness journey with Agate Pass Fitness! Feeling and looking better than I have in years!
At 74 years young, I initially had some reservations, but Julie, Mike, and my gym pals have been incredibly supportive and continue to motivate me to push myself.
The social aspect of this experience has been just as fulfilling as the physical benefits! My wife joined over 1 1/2 years ago and absolutely loves it! She participates in the HIIT program three days a week. There are various programs and start times available throughout the day, but I particularly enjoy the 9:00 am HIIT session.
As a New Year's resolution for '23, I started attending the 9:00 am sessions alongside my wife. It's a cozy group of fewer than 12 people, and the workout combines aerobic and strength training. They dub it HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training, and let me tell you, it's a blast.
Julie, the owner/trainer/leader, is an absolute gem! She eases you into things without any pressure to perform, and the others are very welcoming—no need to keep up with the seasoned pros. Some members have been part of this fitness family since day one.
Just go for it! It's beneficial for your well-being, and they manage to make it enjoyable...
Definitely one of the most outstanding atmospheres I've experienced. A group of fantastic individuals who inspire and encourage each other. The main coaches are so approachable and sensible, they create a welcoming vibe in the gym for everyone, regardless of their background, body type, or gender!
I just completed the 6-week challenge at the gym, and it has truly been a game-changer for me as I recover from a back injury. My core strength has improved drastically, and I feel better than ever before.
I've managed to shed 15 pounds and can now fit into pants that have been sitting in my closet for years. Julie and Mike are fantastic at what they do! They are incredibly positive and motivating, and they have a knack for pushing you towards achieving the goals you set for yourself. The level of accountability they provide is exceptional and exactly what I needed.

I first stepped through the doors of APF 8-7 years back. Back in the day, I was into running and played competitive sports, but after becoming a mum, I found myself carrying some extra weight and was eager to get back into shape. I tried all sorts of trendy diets, gave P90X and Insanity a shot, attended kickboxing classes, spent hours running on treadmills, but saw little to no progress. After three months, I looked at my reflection and noticed some tone and definition starting to show, which motivated me to keep going. And during that time, I also connected with mentors through my coaches and developed lasting friendships with fellow athletes from different backgrounds. Within a year, I made up my mind to learn coaching and compete myself. My coaches supported me in studying, teaching me coaching cues and techniques, and I began participating in CrossFit competitions across Washington. It's been six years since I started coaching at Agate Pass, and what keeps me here is the amazing community of athletes at the gym. The atmosphere is so friendly and inclusive, with everyone working towards their own goals. But what truly sets this place apart are the incredible friendships and bonds that are formed. If you're on the lookout for a gym with dedicated coaches who will guide you to reach your goals and support you along the way, I highly recommend paying us a visit. You'll instantly feel the warmth and camaraderie of this welcoming community.

Agate Pass has truly transformed my life... it has brought me so much. I cannot express enough my appreciation for everything they have helped me achieve and continue to support me in reaching my goals! This gym provides more than just physical fitness... Absolutely adore this gym community ❤️. I must admit, I was a bit apprehensive about trying CrossFit or group fitness classes for the first time. But let me tell you, I absolutely fell in love with it!! The workouts are intense and leave me feeling both sweaty and elated. Since I joined a couple of months back, I've managed to shed 30 pounds. Coach Julie really kept me on track and would check in on me if I missed a session, providing just the right amount of motivation I needed. She even offers a straightforward meal plan that's easy to follow. I wholeheartedly recommend joining this gym. Currently dealing with some hip issues that I'm addressing with my PT, but I can still take part in the daily workouts like a champ 💪💪💪🌞
