They possess myriad tactics to tack on additional charges without prior notification. Once they have you in their clutches, it seems futile to voice your concerns as no one heeds your words. Should you desire to shell out a Benjamin monthly to partake in exercise, this establishment is for you. Beware, as Michelle, one of their staff members, may raise her voice should anything displease her. A bit more respect wouldn't go amiss, one must say.

This gym is absolutely fantastic! I couldn't be happier with my decision to become a member here - it's like a breath of fresh air compared to the typical big-box gym experience. The private bathrooms with showers are a game-changer - what more could you ask for? The staff and members are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to lend a hand. Being able to access the gym 24/7 with just a swipe of my card is so convenient, especially for someone who travels frequently. It seems like they're constantly updating their equipment and keeping things fresh. This particular location offers a variety of extras for those interested in TRX, heavy bags, speed bags, and more. Plus, there are plenty of classes to choose from. Highly recommend!

I have visited many gyms and this one is by far the cleanest and where I feel the safest. If you encounter any issues with other members or the environment, the manager, Michele, goes above and beyond to ensure you feel at ease and addresses the problem promptly. The best part is that it runs like a well-oiled machine, so I never have to worry about equipment scattered around – everything is always in its rightful place. The restrooms are kept spotless, which makes me feel comfortable changing there after my workout, and people aren't monopolizing machines or weights because they are glued to their phones.

I appreciate the added security measures, such as the requirement to use a key fob to access the gym and the locked guest entrance. The cubbies where everyone stows their belongings are conveniently located near the guest entrance. Despite the area being generally safe, I value these extra precautions. During office hours, Michele promptly greets anyone attempting to enter, and I appreciate the screening process – I prefer not to have random individuals wandering in and using the facilities.

I find it amusing that there are signs everywhere reminding members of the rules (of which there are many), but it's astonishing how some members still disregard them. In my opinion, the more signs, the better. The membership fees are reasonable, and I have never encountered any issues with billing or extra charges, which is uncommon when a third party handles monthly payments.

I believe the club's motto revolves around respect – as long as you respect the staff and adhere to the club rules, you will always be welcomed here.

I saw they were advertising a heavy bag, so I decided to drive an extra 30 minutes just to use it. However, when I arrived, I was told by an off-duty staff member that the hanging mount broke over half a year ago and it has never been re-hung.

If you're going to promote it as a feature of your gym, then make sure it's properly maintained or just take it off your website.

I won't be returning.

The Gym is extremely tidy and the Manager consistently ensures that the paper towel dispensers are fully stocked and that the Gym has a sanitized scent. Additionally, the Manager always greets you upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
