I give this machine a go every Monday, and this is the third Monday in a row that I've come across this Nyquil pill on the ground. The floor beneath other machines is also littered with hair and dust. This particular 24-Hour Fitness spot is definitely not up to par when it comes to cleanliness. Despite its proximity to me, I reckon I'd prefer heading to other branches.

Underwhelming soft opening experience! No perks, just constant sales pitches! The gym boasts brand-new equipment and cool interactive GX rooms, but the steep price tag isn't justified. The staff came across as insincere and robotic as usual. The salesperson (who didn't even pretend to be a trainer) mentioned that despite living right across the street and being a member for 13 years, I would have to pay four times the usual fee to join this gym.

24 Hour Fitness seems to be disregarding longtime members and local residents in Rialto. It's a disappointing approach, but Planet Fitness and LA Fitness currently offer better deals! As a customer, I highly recommend exploring other gyms in the area before committing, as those friendly sales reps tend to change their tune when you try to cancel your $50 monthly membership.

This gym is supposed to be quite new, but it feels worn out and unclean. It's in a prime location and has a decent layout, but it definitely needs a thorough cleaning.

The spa and sauna are consistently operational for the full 24 hours, unlike other branches that tend to shut them down at 10:00 p.m. and restart in the wee hours. It can be quite vexing for folks like me who prefer off-peak workout times. Overall, I reckon this spot would be a solid choice for visitors seeking a nearby, reliable gym option.

On the 28th of January, 2024, the lady on the morning shift doing her hourly job cleaning the windows seems to lack understanding of the gym's policies. She cheerfully informs me about the necessity of wearing a shirt, yet seems to turn a blind eye when she encounters women dressed in revealing attire like tight shorts and tops that leave little to the imagination.

I must say, this establishment resembles more of a fancy YMCA, with a plethora of youngsters and individuals simply loitering about. It would be wise for the management to ensure that patrons are not idly scrolling on their phones or lounging in the pool or sauna. If investing a bit more guarantees a more dedicated gym experience, then I am more than willing to oblige. For those who find such matters irksome, I recommend they follow suit.

The front desk was left unattended. I couldn't get any assistance or buy anything, I waited there for 10 minutes and no employee showed up, I couldn't locate them either.

Big shoutout to Gilbert - he's been absolutely fantastic and has really enhanced my time here.

His customer service is outstanding, always friendly and willing to help with anything you require.

The gym can get quite busy, and the ventilation and cleanliness could certainly be better, but the staff's positive vibes (especially Gilbert's!) and the fantastic deals sealed the deal for me. I'm eagerly looking forward to the upcoming renovations and hopeful that they will tackle the current issues. With the right improvements, this spot could truly shine.

Five stars for Gilbert's professionalism and the excellent value I received!
