I absolutely adore this gym. The atmosphere is top-notch, and the folks are so friendly — far superior to Planet Fitness.

Great wide spaces for working out. There's always someone tidying up! The team is really helpful and welcoming.

As of 4/8/24, this gym has really gone downhill since I used to frequent it years ago. The sauna is in dire need of a complete overhaul - the floor is just bare concrete, the wooden planks on the benches are coming loose, and the screws can't keep them in place. It's a sauna, for crying out loud - a water fountain is a necessity!

Even though Covid restrictions have been lifted, Cafam Gyms are still shutting down around 21:00-22:00. They're charging the same amount for membership but closing a good 2-3 hours earlier than before. That's just not right. Keep the gym open until at least 23:00, especially for us night shift workers. Closing at 10 pm is way too early. I'll reconsider my rating once they extend their hours.

I've had to cancel several memberships because of these early closing times. I work the night shift, and by the time I wake up, the gym is already closing. Are they suggesting that the virus only spreads during the daytime? It doesn't make any sense! Keep the gym open until at least 23:00, and then I might think about renewing my membership and updating my review.

Superb gear with a splendid array to choose from. Dylan Williams oversees the personal trainers and works with a select group of clients. I consider myself lucky to have him as my trainer. Out of all the trainers I've worked with, he truly stands out as the best.

I just wanted to show some appreciation to the Shape in team. The gym is top-notch, clean, and the childcare staff are absolute gems - so friendly and skilled. It's always a pleasure working out there.

This gym is absolutely brilliant! The staff are so helpful and friendly, the equipment and classes are top-notch, and the opening hours are just fantastic!

This gym is quite splendid! The facilities boast lovely pools and top-notch equipment, impeccable locker rooms and showers, and delightful classes. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service, mate. I had to cancel my membership when I moved out of state, and then out of the blue, they took $329.00 from my account 5 months later. I sent them all the documents they asked for, but it's been 5 weeks and I'm still battling to get my money back. All I get are these standard emails. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this company.

Update: Even after writing a not-so-great review and them getting in touch with me, and me sending all the paperwork again, they still haven't refunded my money. Looks like I'll have to take it up a notch. Do yourself a favor and look for another gym, mate.

The management team at this gym is truly top-notch. They have created such a welcoming environment for my children. Every time we walk in, we are met with warm smiles and engaging conversations. I would wholeheartedly give this gym a 10/10 recommendation for families with kids.

We absolutely adore the gym, and all the staff know my kids by name, which adds a lovely personal touch! It's such a treat to have some time to focus on myself and take a break from the little ones. I wish I could spend more time in the hot tub, but I definitely love the steam room and how it makes my skin feel rejuvenated! We'll be back as soon as possible, but this rainy weather has been making us want to sleep in lately. This club is just fantastic!
