A wee Planet Fitness, but certainly bonnie showers and locker rooms. The only thing that I reckon they could enhance is by including Hair Dryers in the locker rooms, I ken my missus would be grateful for it.

This gym is quite lovely, I've visited a few times though it's not my primary spot—I usually frequent a Planet Fitness. I've observed that it gets quite crowded at various times. Personally, I'm not a fan of overcrowded gyms, but to each their own!

I never quite fancied the idea of hitting up a regular old gym, but let me tell you, Planet Fitness is a whole different ball game. The vibe there is all about getting your sweat on for real, no one's just posing for the 'gram, if you catch my drift. Haven't spotted a single person filming themselves - none of that typical toxic gym energy here. And let's talk about the black card membership, mate. You get to use a tanning bed/booth, chill in massage chairs, try out cryo and hydro chairs - absolute top-notch perks, I say.

I previously wrote a positive review, but I felt compelled to update it now. This gym is incredibly overcrowded. Large groups of people come in and monopolize the machines, showing no courtesy to others who also want to use them. It's frustrating that there's only one of each machine in certain cases, and some individuals seem oblivious to how their actions impact others. I frequent several Planet Fitness locations, but this one definitely has a different vibe. On the bright side, it's open 24 hours, but I've yet to visit without finding it packed with seemingly half the city. There's a concerning trend of individuals coming to the gym, sitting on machines while scrolling through their phones, and barely completing any exercises in 20 minutes. It's quite disrespectful, and this location appears to be the worst offender in my experience. While I haven't had issues with the staff, the frequent "out of order" signs in the restroom suggest a lack of attention to maintenance.

I have been attending PF since it opened. Dylan, the manager, is quite rude. When I asked for the regional manager's phone number, he informed me that I would have to search for it on Google. Your staff members are often found chatting at the front desk instead of cleaning or supervising those who do not adhere to the rules.

During each visit, I typically utilize the total enhancement machine followed by the tanning booth. While I usually remember to bring my goggles, there have been instances where I forget them. Despite the fact that it is merely suggested to wear goggles in the booth and not mandatory, Dylan is insistent about their usage. On this particular occasion, Dylan did not allow me to use the machine. A more customer-friendly protocol would involve allowing the service this time with a reminder to bring the goggles next time. Instead, he outright refused me the service and declined to provide me with the regional manager's contact information, advising me to look it up online.

I am considering initiating a discrimination lawsuit against this establishment and specifically against Dylan. It is disappointing to encounter such disrespect from someone who is supposed to be a manager but behaves more like a disrespectful youngster.

I was a bit unsure about joining this gym after my 24-hour fitness closed down. However, after touring the facility with Seth, I was completely convinced that this was the right place for me. That young man took his time to show me around the gym, and I truly appreciate that. Good customer service can be rare nowadays, so thank you, Seth, for the attention you gave me.

I had an unpleasant encounter with a staff member at the front desk of the gym. I was unaware of a situation regarding my membership and when I approached him for assistance, he was dismissive and spoke to me in a condescending manner. I believe that the role of the front desk staff is to provide support and answer any queries customers may have. His unprofessional attitude and lack of good customer service left me feeling disappointed.
