Mia was absolutely fabulous, this was my INITIAL camp and I was so unsure going into this adventure but she made it an experience that left me wanting more, she was motivating and extremely welcoming, I eagerly anticipate attending many more camps.

Burn Boot Camp in Sharon is an absolute gem! The idea is fantastic, the trainers are so passionate, and the community is incredibly friendly and inclusive. The workouts are tough but enjoyable, and after a couple of months, I can really feel a positive change in my endurance, strength, and overall health. I genuinely enjoy heading there every morning and would wholeheartedly suggest it to anyone wanting to enhance their way of life!

My gym shut down, and by some stroke of luck, Burn Boot camp opened up in the same week. I absolutely adore the Burn workouts, and I wish I could point out one trainer, but they are all equally fantastic! The workouts are extremely challenging, yet the trainers always provide modifications. I appreciate how each 45-minute session targets a specific area, allowing you to engage different muscles and training zones throughout the week. Burn also provides nutritional and coaching services that feel tailored to your needs, all while fostering a lively community atmosphere!

I signed up for a 4-week plan with Burn with no intention of joining. I happen to have another wonderful membership that allows me to roll out of bed, turn on a screen, then hop on a bike, or even do a mat exercise. All in the comfort of my own home! Well, after the 4 weeks were up at Burn, I became a member. Why? It turned out to be a combination of the trainers, the varied exercises, the simple yet effective equipment, and, strangely (for a bit of an introvert), the community and the energy! All this was lacking from those bedroom workouts. Burn is awesome. You might not know what you are going to walk into, but the class goes by quickly and you will feel so good. For the first time in a long time, I don't mind exercising. Give it a try for at least a few weeks, and you might surprise yourself!

This gym is absolutely smashing! The classes fly by thanks to the fabulous members, the varied workouts, and the top-notch trainers. I always attend Mia and Lynne's morning classes, which are tough and full of energy. Since joining, I've formed some brilliant friendships and genuinely look forward to my gym sessions every single day!

Mia is an outstanding instructor, motivator, and individual. She's extremely attentive and ensures that you are both safe and pushing yourself. I believe I can perform this workout safely while striving to reach my maximum potential, and Mia excels at leading you through it.

Michelle is incredibly positive and consistently keeps the energy levels up. Lynae is all business and knows how to get me moving. Mia pushes us all to surpass our limits - simply outstanding!

This gym is THE place to be if you fancy an amazing workout! Every session is completely unique so it never gets boring. Each trainer - Mia, Lynae, Jason, and Michelle - is absolutely FABULOUS. The vibe is so uplifting. I highly, highly recommend it!

Burn Boot Camp is like a second home to me! I walked in a year and a half ago looking for a good workout, but have stayed for the sense of community. The members, the trainers, and the front desk staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The 45-minute workouts are tough, and I feel the strongest and healthiest I've ever been. The trainers all encourage you and motivate you to reach your full potential. A special shout out to Lynae for helping me realize what I am truly capable of!

When I first entered Burn nearly a year ago, the workouts were quite challenging for me, but nevertheless, I persisted. I knew I would face a challenge here, which is just what I desired and required. Despite the initial mental and physical struggle of getting back into exercising, I am truly pleased that I persevered for my own sake. The coaches and fellow members have been able to recognize my inner strength and power, even when I've had difficulty seeing it myself. Not only have I grown stronger physically, but mentally as well, as I've achieved things I never thought possible (such as completing a single camp, let alone over a hundred!) Reflecting on my time at Burn, it is evident that everyone here is committed to helping us become stronger and the best versions of ourselves, as they all remain inspiring, motivating, and supportive. I adore the coaches (special shoutout to Jay, Lynae, Michelle, and Mia!), the sense of community, and the accountability. I will forever be thankful to all of you at Burn!

I absolutely adore this establishment! In previous endeavors, I've encountered difficulties locating workouts, gyms, or programs that provide ample challenge with options for both intensification and modification, but Burn truly excels in this regard. Each day brings a different style of workout (be it upper body focus, conditioning, burst training, and so forth), which proves highly beneficial, particularly for a busy parent like myself who cannot attend consistently but craves diversity. The childcare services offered are superb - my two little ones actually anticipate their time there. The trainers display impressive expertise and boundless enthusiasm, contributing to the creation of an exceedingly positive atmosphere. A top-notch experience, indeed!
