I 'ave been a member of Soliderfit for ova a year and it 'as surpassed me expectations for a gym! Reasons I love Soldierfit and why ya should CHECK IT OUT:
(1) Set drop-in schedule-- ya can expect to begin and end on time
(2) Every class is different but the same! Diverse boot camps include body weight exercises, cardio, equipment/weights (fun stuff like wall balls, weight sleds, medicine balls, kettlebells, battle ropes, weighted hammers...), and functional mobility- which allows every session to be challenging, ya can step it up or modify in order to cater to your level.
(3) Trainers are encouraging and mindful of proper exercise techniques
(4) No judgement community where staff and other members are super supportive and inclusive!
Soliderfit is different from other gyms I 'ave been a part of because it keeps me accountable and 'as continued to be challenging and push me toward me personal goals. See ya at your first free class!! 😉💪

As a travelin' social worker and gym enthusiast, one of me first tasks when I touch down in a new area be findin' meself a gym. (Which means I've visited a fair share o' gyms, if ye catch me drift.) SoldierFit has swiftly become one o' me top choices. Durin' me recent stay in Maryland, I went for an unlimited pass and tried out different locations, with the Silver Spring spot winnin' me heart, especially durin' the cold winter months with its spacious indoor setup. Danielle's friendly and approachable manner made me first visit to the gym truly memorable. The members, or as they call 'em "troops", the trainers known as "black hats", and the owners all contribute to creatin' a fantastic atmosphere. The sense o' unity in the gym fosters great camaraderie; the workouts be carefully crafted and adapted to cater to folks of all fitness levels. Whilst the military theme didn't quite resonate with me at first, it has gradually grown on me over time. Who knows, I might even find meself shoutin' out an "HOOAH" at me next gym sesh. 💪🏾✨

Soldierfit will have you sweating buckets. The atmosphere is quite laid-back, yet the equipment is top-notch and hardcore. The trainers are absolutely fantastic and will push you to your limits with workouts that'll leave you knackered. Soldierfit truly lives up to its moniker, and the folks who attend the bootcamps are incredibly committed and inspiring. If you can stomach the fees, I highly suggest signing up for this gym.
Mary Moore (4/13/25, 5:38 PM):
I reactivated my membership after having my baby. Dara was extremely courteous and helped me reinstate my membership with no issue. The facility is clean. Elsa was my boot camp instructor and she gave an INCREDIBLE workout. It was challenging and motivating. The gym has a supportive culture. I felt like I was a part of the group even though this was my first day and I’m out of shape. I am excited about my future fitness gains as a result of attending SoldierFit!
Bruce Butler (4/12/25, 6:57 PM):
Soldierfit is like no other "gym" I've ever experienced. As an active member for about a month, I've got a pretty good sense of what they're all about. The Soldierfit team has always been consistent and friendly. The whole facility is consistently clean and the staff know me by name. What I value most about this gym is that I'm always pushed to my limits. The boot camp classes are quite big but divide into smaller squads, giving you a sense of being part of a team. The trainers love what they do and genuinely want you to reach your physical and mental goals. I would recommend Soldierfit to anyone looking to join a supportive community, make new friends, or receive expert guidance on challenging workouts. Overall, I give Soldierfit five stars.
Joe Rogers (4/11/25, 6:47 PM):
After the first class, I never looked back. Great camaraderie, a great experience, it's me versus me. It's now or never. Health is wealth. I encourage you to join Soldier Fit. 👍🏽👍🏽 ...

I am in search of a healthier lifestyle, which includes focusing on fitness. Currently, I am a member at PF, but it doesn't quite meet my needs. I require more structure and guidance, which this place provides. I tried a complimentary class, and it was quite challenging for me as I am not in the best shape, but I can see the potential it offers. The gym may be modest and unpretentious, but it is effective. I appreciate the core values of the program, especially knowing that it was founded by veterans. While the upfront costs and monthly fees are a bit steep, I believe the investment will be worthwhile. I didn't immediately sign up, but I am seriously considering becoming a member.
Jean Wright (4/9/25, 5:39 PM):
One of the best workout sessions I've had in years. You truly reap what you sow! So pleased that Todd followed up so attentively.
Russell Jones (4/9/25, 7:14 AM):
I highly recommend signing up! When I envision a workout, I envision a challenge. And the boot camp class embodies just that! I am growing stronger with each passing day, all while enjoying myself with a fantastic group of supportive individuals! 🇺🇸💪🏽 ...
Jesse Gonzales (4/6/25, 7:36 PM):
I'm having a jolly good time. Everyone is quite helpful, and the exercise is simply marvelous.
Joseph Hall (4/5/25, 10:38 AM):
Top-notch instructors and classes, flexible timetables, fantastic community!
Sara Clark (4/4/25, 10:36 PM):
I was absolutely thrilled when I first heard about this gym. I hurried to sign up, though little did I realize the predicament that awaited me. I inquired with the gentleman if it would be possible for me to leave whenever I needed to, as I frequently travel for work. He kindly assured me that this wouldn't be an issue.
However, after a month went by, my schedule became so hectic that I didn't manage to step foot in the gym even once. Despite this, I had already paid for the membership, so I decided to email them and request cancellation to avoid being charged for the following month. Their response was rather unhelpful, stating that I had to handle it myself online. I attempted to do so without success, leading me to call them for assistance.
After several failed attempts, they eventually informed me that I required a doctor's note and insisted that I pay for the ongoing month regardless of my use of the facility. I was thoroughly frustrated by this turn of events but eventually provided the requested doctor's note. To my dismay, they are now threatening to report me to a credit bureau for my refusal to pay for the additional months that they are demanding.
Samuel Clark (4/2/25, 3:56 AM):
Soldierfit - Silver Spring is absolutely brilliant!! All the instructors are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about your progress, regardless of your current fitness level. I particularly appreciate how they offer me valuable advice on maximizing the effectiveness of each workout. I've been attending for six weeks now, dropped 12 lbs, my triceps brachii are seriously strong, and I've noticed a significant boost in my energy levels.
Instructors Dara (also known as D), Godswill, and Adovi are without a doubt the most inspiring and innovative when it comes to adapting workouts. Being plus size, most of my exercises are modified, and these three always go the extra mile to ensure I'm comfortable while still getting an excellent workout.
I wholeheartedly recommend this gym to anyone who's interested.
