Top-notch gym. The equipment selection is quite splendid. Impeccably kept. The folks who frequent the gym and the staff are all top-notch. Most individuals are highly driven during their workouts, which is quite beneficial.

The gym is rubbish, it's too expensive and they treat their staff like rubbish. The babysitter was there for 17 years and was laid off during COVID, then brought back and laid off again because the gym itself is rubbish. What a joke, go to PF or Crunch, it's much cheaper.

A mate of mine shared a recent experience where he requested to use the loo at a gym and had to hand over his driver's license, fill out a waiver, only to be informed that there's no public restroom available. What a load of rubbish! Just state clearly that the facilities are for members only instead of playing games to extract personal information.

I 'ave been a member of Swansea Total Fitness for o'er 15 years and absolutely adore the classes, training sessions, and equipment they offer. The security measures at the front desk are top-notch, ensuring that only bona fide club members access the facilities. This be particularly important as many of us store our belongings in the locker room or cubicles near the front desk. Cheers to Swansea Total Fitness for keepin' us safe and sound!

STF is the most excellent gym I've ever been a part of. I've been a member for 15 years now. I absolutely adore the Zumba and Muscles in Motion classes. The monthly schedule is packed with a variety of classes, including specialty ones. They have dedicated rooms for spinning and aerobics, as well as locker rooms, all kept immaculately clean by the owners. There's ample parking available, making it convenient to drive up and hop right in. They offer towel service and even childcare for those in need. Ryan whips up the most fantastic protein shakes. The staff and owners are truly top-notch! And, it's surprisingly affordable too. Plus, they have additional locations in Dartmouth and Bristol. Take my recommendation seriously and start your fitness journey at STF.

The staff are incredibly helpful, and the instructors are both knowledgeable and fun. I am particularly excited about the new functional room that will soon be available for use. I wos lookin' fer a gym so I could start workin' out again, and decided te give STF a try. I signed up yesterday, and 'ave gone twice already! This place 'as a great atmosphere, great owner an' staff an' above all is clean an' organized.
I would love te see some sort o' Family Package plan or somethin', but not goin' te take a star away fer that. Lookin' forward te workin' out 'ere an' callin' this me 'ome gym!
