I 'ave been attendin' the boot camps for nearly a month now, and I must say, I am absolutely smitten. I've been strugglin' to get back into shape since startin' school again a year back. With me busy schedule, I tried workin' out on me own but always ended up throwin' in the towel after a week or two. The boot camps kick off early in the mornin', so I can pop by before work, and it's brill to 'ave a group of friendly folks alongside you keepin' you motivated. Outstanding full body conditioning experience at this gym! Each coach is a delight to collaborate with, even the owner. As soon as I step inside, I am immediately uplifted by their vibrant personalities. Their positive energy and dedicated approach inspire me to push myself and return consistently. Initially, I had planned to do kickboxing three times a week and Fit Body BC three times a week for my personal fitness regimen. However, since starting Fit Body, I now attend six days a week. The program offers comprehensive full body conditioning with numerous benefits. I always 'ave a brilliant workout! I stroll out feelin' so chuffed! The staff and trainers are dead friendly and easy to 'ave a natter with. The trainers are right on the ball and pay attention to the members in their classes. Trainers will always pop over and make sure you're doin' an exercise properly and tailorin' it to your needs. You can't get that kind of attention from just any gym! I am well impressed with the values that Fit Body Bootcamp offers. It spurs me on to come back every time!

Each session lasts about 30-45 minutes, and there are multiple class times available throughout the day to accommodate even the busiest schedules. The coaching and instruction are top-notch.

Coach Michelle brings such a great energy and intensity to her sessions. You might think you're fine during the workout, but then the soreness hits you later on. It's a great feeling!
Coach Nathaniel always brings the heat and keeps things interesting. I love pushing myself and having a bit of friendly competition. And those burpees during warmup? Intense!

In August of 2022, I found myself exploring my new neighborhood in search of a personal trainer after a day at work. As I meandered down the street, a sign caught my eye – “FIT BODY” it read, with its doors wide open. Intrigued, I pulled over, entered the gym, and was immediately struck by the spacious layout, well-organized equipment, and pristine atmosphere. Suddenly, a booming "HI!!" snapped me out of my reverie, and before me stood a man with one of the warmest smiles I had ever seen – Anthony.
Anthony exuded passion as he welcomed me, eager to understand my fitness goals. He was surprised by my spontaneous visit but wasted no time in recommending Coach Michelle Buben to me.
Within hours, I received a message from Michelle, and we arranged to meet at FIT BODY the following morning. Our initial conversation delved into my objectives, her coaching approach, and an InBody Analysis.
Since that fateful August, Michelle and I have been training together three days a week. The results have been astounding – my bloodwork has shown significant improvements. Under Michelle's guidance, I have gained muscle mass, strength, endurance, and energy, while reducing body fat. Our sessions are filled not only with physical gains but also with laughter, which I find healing. Michelle possesses a magical intuition; she is acutely attuned to any discomfort I may experience during exercises, swiftly adjusting routines to prevent injury. I must say, this testimonial is long overdue! I've been hitting up FBBC in Thousand Oaks with Anthony and his crew for about 14 months now, and let me tell you, I'm absolutely chuffed with the experience! I'm a regular at the 8:30 am morning classes, aiming to get in there 3-5 times a week. Paris, Jason, Eloy, and Anthony really put us through our paces with a cracking mix of workouts each morning! On top of that, I've been having personal training sessions with Anthony for the last 3 months, and I must say, the results have been top-notch. As a runner, my two pins never quite felt 'right' - the left always seemed a bit wonky and weaker than the right. But not anymore! I train at Fit Body Boot Camp with my personal trainer Michelle Buben twice a week. I am in my 60s and suffer from arthritis in my back, knees, and feet. I had previously tried physical therapy for my back but found that the therapist did not have the same level of expertise as Michelle. She helps me establish achievable goals and provides excellent tips and recommendations to keep me on the right path.
I was experiencing some lingering pain in my right deltoid area after a flu shot, and I was hesitant to see a doctor about it. Michelle suggested some stretches for me to try, with the agreement that if they didn't alleviate the pain, I would seek medical advice. Thankfully, the stretches worked! She always seems to have the perfect solutions.
Michelle tailors my workouts to help me progress towards my goals while also taking my limitations into consideration to prevent any injuries. I feel extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Michelle. I frequently express to her that I believe she is helping me live a longer life
