My spouse and I have been under CJ's training guidance for close to a year now. Witnessing remarkable progress alongside staying enthused to persist has been the ultimate highlight. CJ curates interactive and arduous workout routines despite our desired focus area, which undoubtedly makes our gym sessions breezy. Engaging in activities like HIIT, boxing, and weightlifting brings us sheer joy. Through my keen observations during our sessions and those with his other trainees, it's evident that he excels in tailoring workouts according to individual capacities. Despite being quite fit, I always conclude each session feeling thoroughly exerted yet gratified by the intense workout within a concise period.

On January 11, 2024, I was introduced to SIRMARK, also known as CJ, by Dr. Evan, a Physical Therapist at VARGO, to assist with my knee effusion injury. From day one, twice a week, we focused on strengthening the muscles surrounding the knee injury, as well as the lower and upper extremities. Sirmark truly impressed me by regularly keeping in touch with Dr. Evan every two weeks to provide updates on my recovery progress and receive recommendations for our upcoming sessions. His commitment to my improvement, positive energy, intuition, deep anatomical knowledge, and understanding of my physical capabilities, which he skillfully pushes beyond, have been instrumental in helping me achieve my personal goals.

Thanks to Sirmark's guidance, my knee has fully healed, and now I find myself hooked on our training sessions. Since April 18, 2024, Sirmark has been training me three days a week, and I feel like a superstar! I have significantly increased my skeletal muscle mass, and each session includes stretching exercises that make me understand how Gumby must feel. His High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) routines not only help me improve my breathing but also bring a whole new level of effectiveness to engaging the muscles. Sirmark's positive and insightful approach not only educates but motivates me to push through and complete each workout with dedication.

The workout is simply splendid! Jules and CJ conduct sessions that typically last an hour. Their approach blends supersets, circuit training, and abs exercises to deliver highly effective training. Additionally, they seamlessly incorporate elements of flexibility, balance, brain games, and even boxing on occasion. I find these classes particularly enjoyable as I can simply show up, follow their instructions, and walk away with a complete body workout and a sense of satisfaction.

CJ is an outstanding personal trainer and boxing coach! He has a great understanding of how to motivate me to improve while offering encouragement along the way. His workout routines are not only enjoyable but also incorporate fun elements, even in the cardio sessions (which I usually dislike), particularly through boxing. He ensures to include exercises that I enjoy as well as those that are beneficial for me. Additionally, CJ provides physical therapy services and played a crucial role in rehabilitating my hips and knees (which have been troublesome for a long time).
