Orangetheory Fitness 'as trans-foh-med me life in so many posi-tive ways! I've been a mem-bah for 5 yeahs, and I would nevah wohk out a different way. Each workout is diff-er-ent and challenging, yet accessible to all. It's truly you against you! The app keeps track of youh progress foh every class as well as certain specialty workouts. The coaches support you with words of encour-agemeant and wisdom. I find myself th-ink-ing about theah encouraging phrases during diff-er-ent pah-ts of me day- especially, "you can do anything for 30 seconds!" They take time to get to know you individually. This is more than just a gym mem-bah-ship. It's a way of life! OTF rocks!

BG is hands down the top coach around. Even if he's not having the best day, you wouldn't even notice. He brings the energy every time. He makes you feel comfortable, motivated, and ready to conquer, even on those days when just getting there seemed like a mission impossible.

The coaches are absolutely fantastic and so motivating. You have the flexibility to tailor your workout intensity to suit your needs. The gym equipment is of the highest quality. The class schedules work perfectly for my routine. I always feel amazing after each workout session. The coaches truly elevate the experience.

Took a few years off from OTF and have missed all of it: the community, good vibes, music, and high energy! This is the best way to start my day! I rejoined this past month and love that it is easy to modify any of the exercises depending upon physical level. This has made re-entry so easy and it is exciting to see personal progress each week with higher speeds, more Watts, and heavier weights. I appreciate the soft orange lighting (somehow flattering!) and the great music mixes that you can’t find anywhere else. All the coaches are great! Special shout out to coaches BG and Amberly that have especially made this so much fun to get back in shape!!

I signed up at OTF Williston when it opened its doors, and a year and a half down the line, I'm still showing up regularly. The diverse workouts and sense of community are what keep me hooked. You start for the workout, but you stay for the good times! 🤩

I absolutely adore Orange Theory - the workouts are top-notch and the coaches are simply fantastic! Coach BG and Kaitlyn are absolutely amazing - their positivity and motivation are unparalleled. The staff is always there to lend a helping hand, and they are incredibly kind.

OrangeTheory is by far the best gym I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! I have been a proud member since 2018, and it is truly the only gym that has managed to hold my interest due to its combination of enjoyment and effectiveness. The scientific principles behind their workout approach really do deliver results, and with the inclusion of the heart rate monitor and app, I am able to effortlessly monitor my calorie burn, distance covered while running or walking, and, naturally, my splat points. Since enrolling, I have successfully burned over 220,000 calories!

The music selections are consistently spot-on and serve to really get you fired up—it genuinely feels like being at a nightclub, except instead of a cocktail in your hand, you're grasping a dumbbell. The strength class is definitely a personal favorite of mine, focusing on weightlifting, although there are also other class options that incorporate treadmill jogging/walking and rowing. Each session targets the entirety of your body, and with fresh routines daily, both you and your muscles remain perpetually engaged.

I consistently feel invigorated after each gym session and overall, possess an abundance of energy (even though I am well into my forties!). The coaches are truly phenomenal, but Sam truly shines—she radiates an incredible amount of energy and enthusiasm for what she does, and it is utterly infectious. If you are contemplating joining, cease your contemplation and take the plunge! You will not be disappointed.
