The gym is alright, the classes they offer are quite good. The staff could be a bit better, as they're not always at the front desk during operating hours. But you can't complain about the price, it's a great deal.
William Carter (4/28/25, 6:49 AM):
Parker really goes the extra mile to ensure you feel right at home. He always checks in on you! I highly recommend Cajun Fitness.
Andrea Mitchell (4/27/25, 6:45 AM):
The fees are quite steep, the staff isn't too friendly, and goodness gracious, don't even think about ringing them up for membership costs. Calling over the phone? Absolute madness! They won't divulge any information over a call; they expect you to step foot in the gym for the sales pitch. The silver lining: they do offer a wide range of classes. On the flip side: the classes kick off as early as 4 am.
Richard Kim (4/25/25, 3:54 AM):
Clean as a whistle. The staff is top-notch. A fantastic gym all around, complete with a dedicated Women's only area and a nursery.
Julie King (4/23/25, 11:58 AM):
Brilliant spot for a workout, mate
Robert Hall (4/21/25, 1:54 AM):
Lydia is undoubtedly the most inadequate gym manager. She lacks genuine concern for the gym and its improvement. Instead, she focuses on irrelevant matters and asserts control over others without benefiting the establishment. The excessively loud music, which has only recently been toned down, adds to the unpleasant atmosphere. Moreover, the staff appear as though they have never stepped foot in a gym, setting a poor example. Their milkshakes are even made with ice cream, undoing any progress made during a workout. Additionally, Taylor, the supposed club manager, is unproductive and ineffective. The gym's decline, evidenced by its inability to retain employees, is alarming. Removing Taylor and Lydia could potentially revive the gym's success.
Ronald Ford (4/20/25, 7:27 PM):
Absolutely adore my Cajun fitness family and all of the classes! The gym is always spotless and smells delightful every time I step through the door.
Joseph Sanchez (4/20/25, 1:01 AM):
ALMOST all of the staff be friendly. A couple of the trainers won't even say hello or give a smile, and one of the ladies behind the desk makes you feel like you're a burden anytime you ask for a drink.
Gloria Parker (4/18/25, 2:50 AM):
Good gym but with poor manners. Beware and be very cautious. Make sure to read the fine print! Your annual contract dates may change if you make any changes to your membership. We added our 2-year-old for daycare, and our 12-month contract was automatically updated. I was unaware that they did this. Additionally, if you don't keep track of your contract dates, it could be automatically renewed without any warning. This can lead to an unpleasant surprise when you try to terminate your membership. At some point, everyone terminates their membership. I ended mine after almost two years and ended up having to pay up to 12 months' worth of fees at $62 per month. They require more than 30 days' written notice for termination.

If you decide to work out when there are classes using the treadmills and free weights, you may find that a machine is not available.

Trainers won't provide assistance without payment. In most gyms, trainers are friendly and willing to answer quick questions. Don't expect that here. I asked a simple question about proper form for bench pressing, and the trainer suggested I make an appointment for a detailed explanation. Just two minutes would have been enough to clarify. They come across as very arrogant, to say the least. There are much better gyms for the price. (Just compare Red's to this facility).
Beverly King (4/16/25, 9:05 PM):
Top spot for exercising. Fabulous folks on staff and getting their sweat on with.
Helen Reed (4/15/25, 12:48 AM):
This gym is top-notch, mate! Loads of Les Mills classes to choose from, as well as cardio and weight machines. The staff is friendly, and you've got 24-hour access.

Update after a month:
Seems like customer service ain't their main focus here. Management puts profit before member satisfaction. Nonetheless, the gym and classes are still top-notch.
Dorothy Simmons (4/14/25, 10:02 PM):
Fantastic gym with a delightful staff.
Julie Phillips (4/13/25, 9:45 AM):
I phoned to arrange a membership... terribly rude!! I decided to take my business elsewhere!
Bradley Hill (4/7/25, 2:46 AM):
I absolutely adore it, this gym is spotless and incredibly comprehensive.
Wayne Turner (4/6/25, 9:48 AM):
YEAHHHHHHHHH WE GO GYM BABY WOOOOOOOO
Michael Alexander (3/30/25, 10:42 AM):
Outstanding customer service, I must say.
Danielle Morales (3/29/25, 3:09 PM):
Open 24/7. The locker room is quite petite yet consistently spotless. They do offer showers, although I have not taken advantage of them myself. While I have not partaken in their group classes personally, I frequently observe individuals exiting with cheerful expressions. The team is amiable and they also provide personal trainers on-site. Additionally, they serve coffee and smoothies. They boast approximately twelve treadmills, likely six ellipticals, and twelve bikes. Moreover, they feature conventional free weights, machines, and benches. It tends to get rather crowded before and after typical work hours, particularly in the evenings.
Nancy Reynolds (3/25/25, 5:53 PM):
Great service, very accommodating work structure
Roger Allen (3/24/25, 8:58 PM):
Great equipment, good tunes, spotless. Dropped by with a mate while we were in the neighborhood.
Gabriel Murphy (3/21/25, 9:39 AM):
The staff is fantastic!! Classes and machines are amazing! Everything is clean and lovely!!!
