I absolutely adore Peak and the wonderful community we've found within the Xcel competition team! Our first experience competing at the bronze level last year was truly memorable. As newbie "competition" moms and gymnasts, we instantly bonded at our initial meet, rallying for one another and establishing a strong support system to ensure our children felt not only loved and supported but also appropriately challenged. I am a firm believer in the invaluable lessons kids learn through competition, goal-setting, and striving to achieve those goals. It's about embracing both victories and setbacks, as these are essential life skills.

What struck me the most after our inaugural year of competition is the empathy that Peak and the coaches demonstrate towards our girls. Their focus is on empowering each gymnast to perform at their best and fostering a sense of pride in their efforts. This will undoubtedly benefit my daughter throughout her life. She adores her teammates; they share laughter, work diligently, and have a blast together. I aim for my child to strike a healthy balance between leisure time at home, academic pursuits, and extracurricular activities, and I appreciate that Peak provides the ideal platform for her to engage in all of these activities seamlessly.

I absolutely adore this gymnastics center! The facilities are top-notch and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable. I always feel so motivated and inspired after each session. Can't recommend it enough!

I must respectfully disagree with Patrick's assessment. My daughter has been attending this gymnastics center since its inception, and our experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. Coach Brittany holds the team girls to high standards, instilling in them the discipline necessary to excel in the realm of high-level or elite gymnastics. While she may come across as tough, it is all in service of helping these girls reach their full potential. Far from mere "screaming," Brittany's coaching style is rooted in a genuine care for her students, treating them as if they were her own. It is imperative for coaches to provide constructive criticism and correction in order to effectively train gymnasts. As for the insinuation about her daughter causing chaos on the premises, let me clarify that she is only occasionally present, under the supervision of a babysitter.

In my experience, all the coaches at Peak Gymnastics Center have been not only kind and helpful but also incredibly knowledgeable. This establishment truly stands out as one of the premier gyms in the area, and has been a valuable addition to Apex.

The Toddler Open Gym session on Wednesdays is absolutely fabulous! It's simply wonderful that they provide this opportunity for the little ones. My children thoroughly enjoy visiting this place and exploring the different equipment while letting out all their pent-up energy. They have a blast on the trampoline, the open floor space, the rope swing, hanging from the bars, the mats, the foam pit, and the balance beam – it's a paradise for them!

Open gym on Fridays from 10-11am for just $5? What a bargain! It's an absolutely fantastic time, our little one adores the foam pit and the running trampoline, not to mention all the other equipment available. And to top it off, it's never too crowded. Highly recommend checking it out!

We've been doing cheerleading at Peak for 3 years and recreational gymnastics for a year before starting cheer. All the coaches have been fantastic, but Coach Sammy really goes the extra mile to bring out the best in the girls. Our time at Peak has been absolutely wonderful, we couldn't be happier with our experience here.

I must say, I was rather let down by the state of cleanliness at this gymnastics center. It was quite noticeable that the equipment and floors were not being adequately maintained or cleaned, and this does raise some real concerns regarding hygiene and safety. Given that both children and adults are actively using the facility, it really should be a key focus to uphold a clean and sanitary environment.

Although the staff appeared to be amicable and the activities on offer were decent, the lack of cleanliness definitely cast a shadow over my experience. It is my sincere hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and makes a concerted effort to enhance their cleaning standards. Until these issues are addressed, I would hesitate to recommend this place to others.
