Adam gave me the BEST advice on getting in shape. That’s brilliant, but this chap is so knowledgeable about everything.
Nutrition.
Weightlifting.
Cardio.
Gym machines.
Oh, and incredibly patient and just a decent bloke.
If you fancy trying to look good and live longer, give him a go. But you better queue up. He’s still pretty busy.
