This place is absolutely brilliant! Not only do you get an incredible workout, but the coaches are top-notch, especially Aaron! His classes are incredibly enjoyable and innovative, keeping you active for a full 50 minutes straight! He is also exceptional at guiding you through learning and comprehending the techniques and strategies behind the combinations!! If you're after a fantastic environment, intense workout, and inspiring coaches, come and throw a punch or two at Peak!!
I began my journey at Fit Theorem with the 6-week challenge, and I must say it was the best decision I've ever made. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable. The atmosphere, the community, and the workouts surpass any gym experience! I managed to shed 28lbs and even secured the 3rd position in the national challenge! I wholeheartedly endorse Fit Theorem. I doubt I'll ever return to a regular gym again! THANK YOU Jen and all the coaches. This place is truly fantastic! Everyone should incorporate kickboxing into their lives! 😊
This is the best way to get in shape and feel strong. My money is well spent here with workouts that are always changing and challenging. The trainers are so encouraging, especially Sara. I highly recommend it. I absolutely love it!!
I was looking to shed some pounds to improve my health situation. I enrolled in a 6-week challenge to kick off my fitness journey. Initially, my plan was to locate a gym nearer to my place post-challenge, but I ended up staying because I absolutely adore it. The classes are enjoyable and yield results. The trainers and fellow members are incredibly friendly, and the vibe is always uplifting and positive! Instead of dreading going to the gym, I actually feel disappointed when I can't make it. Oh, and in just one year, I've managed to drop 25 lbs. Pretty awesome, right?
I took part in the 6-week challenge at Fit Theorum Northglenn after spotting an ad for it on Instagram. Initially, I was skeptical; a meal plan, a fitness coach, and kickboxing sessions to aid in weight loss all for free sounded too good to be true. The challenge basically involved kickboxing 3 times a week, checking in on Facebook, and shedding 6% body fat. However, I received more than advertised as not only did I lose 11.5 lbs and 6.4% body fat, but I also gained a pair of gloves, a support network, and a new daily routine to carry into the new year to become a healthier, more active version of myself. Ultimately, it's up to you to put in the effort, as no one can make you adhere to the diet except yourself. In addition to kickboxing and eating better, I felt motivated to go on more hikes, walks, and dabble in weightlifting. Each week, my coach would message me to help me stay on course, as well as provide words of encouragement. As a novice kickboxer, I never felt judged for my abilities in class, and the instructors were consistently positive, discreetly correcting my form when necessary. I adore the dynamic of the classes, and hitting the bag makes me feel incredibly empowered! I enjoyed my first attempt at the 6-week challenge so much that I'm planning to participate again, and I highly recommend it to anyone ready to put in the effort to transform themselves!
I was recommended to give Fit Theorem a go by a close mate who has been a member of the gym for a few years. Eventually, I decided to sign up for their 6-week body transformation challenge and it has been an absolutely fantastic experience! I am really loving the group classes; the instructors are top-notch, super motivating, and really take the time to get to know each individual. The sense of community is incredibly welcoming and everyone supports each other. My main aim was to improve my fitness stamina, tone up, and feel great in my body once more. I definitely surpassed those goals! At the end of the 6 weeks, I managed to shed 14lbs and reduce my body fat by 9%!!! I am so proud of myself, it has been an incredible journey and I couldn't have achieved it without the backing of the whole group and Fit Theorem!

My roommate provided emotional support, which was crucial during the 6 weeks. It may seem short, but without support, it's easy to slip up. I didn't obsess over numbers; I just put in the work, and my body responded. My routine included 80% diet, weight training 6 days a week, kickboxing 3 days a week, and making sure to drink a gallon of water most days. Jenn, Sara, Victoria, and Will always kept the workouts varied, which prevented boredom.
If I hadn't been moving out of state, I would have signed up for a year. I fell in love with kickboxing and will continue to maintain the healthy habits I learned.
Hello, my name's Ana and I started at ilovekickboxing around a month ago after a colleague suggested it. Since then, I've recommended it to several mates and even convinced my sister to join up! The folks there are fantastic and really friendly. There's no judgement, everyone learns at their own pace, and the atmosphere is super welcoming. The team is truly inspiring and brilliant! I absolutely adore this place and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone!

I've been going to ILKB Northglen for nearly 2 years now. Going to class is something I really look forward to, it's become a crucial part of my daily routine. I feel antsy if I have to skip a day of training. The coaches and other members are fantastic, they're so supportive and welcoming. We all push each other to achieve our goals. I've been lucky to make some great friends at this studio. The classes present new challenges every day, so it never gets dull. ILKB isn't just a gym, it's a FitFam Community.
Back in December, I saw an advertisement about giving this place a go and honestly was thinking of cancelling the initial meeting, until I realized it was the gym a pal of mine frequented. So, I thought, why not give it a whirl? I can't express enough how pleased I am that I went. I've attempted numerous exercise and diet "programs" in the past, only to end up burnt out and/or injured without any noticeable changes. The fundamental elements of the workouts here have assisted me with my back discomfort, and for the first time, I can exercise consistently without the back and joint pain that running, cycling, and even weightlifting with a trainer have caused me. Furthermore, the workouts themselves have significantly alleviated my stress and anxiety. I'm naturally a very reserved person, especially in group settings, but despite that, I've made friends and feel like I've discovered a place where I could envision myself staying for the long haul. This is an incredible community, and I'm thrilled they are part of my journey. I always anticipate class, even on mornings when I have to drag myself out of bed to get there.

I've always had a bit of a quibble with my body, you know, and I've never quite cracked the code on sticking to a workout routine. I could just never keep it going, mate! The first time I strolled into I Love KickBoxing, I just knew it was spot on. They've got a cracking workout plan, and let me tell you, it works a treat! In the short while I've been a member, everyone (including meself) has noticed a proper positive change in my body. I've toned up and built some new muscles, innit. The best bit is that now I feel absolutely marvelous in my own skin.
The coaches there are some of the jolliest folks I've met, and they really know their onions, ya know. They give you a proper cheer and push you to get moving! I can't thank them enough for what they do for me in each class, and I highly recommend giving ILKB a go, mate!
I 'ad nevah tried Kickboxing before, and since I met the trainers at Peak, I 'ave loved 'em with me 'eart. Rayven, Biggs, Sarah, Johanna, and Averi are the best; if you are a lass lookin' for a place to feel encouraged and get your body workin', this is the place. Also, the vibes and all the ladies with whom I 'ave trained as me partners are the best. Thanks, Peak Team you are amazin'.
I've been attending this Kickboxing school for a little over a month now, and it's been absolutely splendid. The staff is incredibly friendly, ensuring that everyone feels welcomed regardless of their level of experience. What I particularly appreciate is the option to train every day, truly getting value for my money compared to other gyms I've tried in the area. Each individual is progressing at their own pace, and personally, I've witnessed significant improvements in my skills and stamina. The atmosphere is fantastic, with everyone being kind and in high spirits. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.
