You couldn't ask for a better place to train, mate. The coaches are top-notch, proper skilled, and their teaching techniques are spot on. I've been training here since September 2020 and I've enjoyed every minute of it! Plus, I've shed 21 lbs and made loads of new, super motivated friends!! I highly recommend Danny Savery's bjj for you or your kids. Cheers!

At the start, me 6-year-old son's helmet vanished, so we bought a new one. But due to the bother, the blokes at the school chucked us a pair of shorts gratis. Top-notch customer service, with disciplined surroundings driven by the instructors and a tip-top facility. All of this has made it the absolute best teaching experience I've had the joy of introducing my son to. Cheers for all your hard work, mate! 😊

I 'ave a 9 and 6 year old kiddos who attend the Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes. The level of confidence I’ve seen me 9 year old gain over the last 7 months 'as brought me to tears at times. She 'as transformed from a shy timid little girl into this strong, confident and fierce little girl and I owe that all to the program. The instructors are absolutely brilliant. We ’ve 'ad a couple situations where she was overwhelmed and broke down but the way Instructor Danny 'andled it was everything you can wish for. 'E sat beside 'er and jus’ chatted, gave 'er some reassurance and space afterwards. It sounds so cliché but signin' my daughter up was by far one of the best decisions I’ve made as a parent. As for me 6 year old, we are only a month in with 'im but 'e seems to be enjoyin' it. Mason is great with that age group, very patient and is able to keep them engaged and excited. Highly recommend.

My lass has been attending DSBJJ for roughly 8 moons now and absolutely adores it. Each week, she is positively bursting with excitement to attend class. She has forged strong bonds, built up her self-assurance, and acquired skills that will serve her a lifetime. I'm filled with anticipation to witness her flourishing in the very same spot in a decade's time.

My child has been attending Danny Savery's Martial Arts School since he was only 3 1/2 years old. The instructors at this place are absolutely fantastic. I can't praise them enough. They dedicate the necessary time to each student, assisting them in mastering their techniques. Not only do they impart skill, but they also emphasize the importance of respect, academic achievement, and moral values. They motivate the kids to assist their parents at home, complete their chores, keep their rooms tidy, and behave as exemplary individuals. Every week, my child eagerly anticipates his Jiu Jitsu classes. It's more than just an activity for him - he is passionate about training. At nearly 6 years old, he asks us to enroll him in additional classes so he can practice daily with his instructors. I have never witnessed a child as enthusiastic about something as my child is about Danny Savery's. They truly make you feel like part of their family.
Jesse Ford (4/19/25, 11:07 AM):
I brought my lads in for their first ju jitsu lesson, and they absolutely adored it! I was remarkably impressed by the well-structured classes and the amicable, expert team. Beyond that, my usually hyperactive kids were incredibly serene all the way back home. Haha. #invaluable We can't wait for next week!!
Alice Rodriguez (4/19/25, 4:49 AM):

It truly was a fantastic experience to be surrounded by a group of folks who are keen on 'elping you achieve success! I decided to sign up on the very same day! My lad has been attending jiu jitsu classes since June of 2022 and I must say, I am absolutely chuffed with the experience. The staff and instructors are top-notch. The instructors have a great deal of patience and clearly explain everything to the students. The classes are well-structured and my son thoroughly enjoys attending each session. Joseph Anderson (4/11/25, 9:27 PM):
I 'ave been with Danny Saverys Brazilian jiu-jitsu for about three years and I couldn't 'ave asked for a bettah academy to train in, mate. I can 'onestly say Danny Savery is one of the best coaches in all of New England. The love 'e 'as towards teachin' Brazilian jiu-jitsu is amazin' to witness. If you 'ave any questions, concerns, need advice, or just someone to talk to, Danny is the perfect person. I've learned so much from 'im over the years. The team at Danny Saverys BJJ are the best. All the coaches are amazin', they each 'ave their own style of teachin' and you learn so much from 'em. From Brazilian jiu-jitsu to kickboxing or MMA this academy 'as everything you need and all the right people to teach it to ya. Even the little ones can come and 'ave a blast 'ere. 'Ere at Danny Saverys you don't just make friends you gain a family. Everyone there looks out for one another, cares about each other, and are inspired to 'elp one another. For me I've always been and still am very shy and insecure around people, especially in anything physical. Bein' a big guy I was scared that people were goin' to look at me differently, not want to work with me, or take advantage of me durin' my first weeks of classes. I couldn't 'ave been any more wrong, I was welcomed in by everyone didn't matter the belt level, they all welcomed me in like family. This broke me out of the shell I put myself in and I became more confident in meself mentally and physically. I can still remember me first day walkin' into the old gym not knowin' anythin' about Jiu-jitsu. Goin' behind the wall and 'avin' Danny Jr demonstrate three basic techniques. Right after that I fell in love with Brazilian jiu-jitsu and knew this was the perfect academy for me. Fast forward to today I see these new students come in on their first day and experience the same feelings I 'ad back on me first day. If you want to find a second family and also learn some amazin' skills and techniques, Danny Saverys BJJ is the most perfect fit for ya.
David Lee (4/8/25, 6:14 PM):
The atmosphere in this academy is absolutely amazing, with everyone genuinely wanting each other to improve and succeed. It's gradually becoming like a second family to me. I would highly recommend anyone, regardless of age or skill level, to give this a try, especially here at Danny Savery BJJ. I look forward to the day when my son can also train here. Every single training session boosts my confidence, and I haven't felt this fantastic in a long while.
Jonathan Myers (4/7/25, 6:17 AM):
The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The gym is exceptionally clean, which is crucial for any contact sport, especially in these uncertain times. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. You won't be thrown into the deep end unless that's what you want. The instructors guide you every step of the way. I've trained at many gyms, seeking something missing, and I've found Danny Savery's BJJ to be the best by a long shot. I'll be returning as soon as possible!
Debra Ramos (4/6/25, 1:11 PM):
Joining something new can be a bit daunting, but this school made me feel right at home and at ease. As a novice to the discipline, the instructor was empathetic and incredibly supportive. The fellow members of the school were also extremely hospitable and helped me settle in comfortably. Being someone who exercises regularly, this experience has certainly shed light on areas where I've been neglecting in my fitness journey. I am excited about the prospect of learning and progressing here."
Patricia Hamilton (4/5/25, 9:37 PM):

In addition to learning the techniques, ye also develop a mindset that helps ye deal with stress better in yer everyday life. When ye be there, ye don't worry about the trials and tribulations of the day to day.

I can't say enough goods things about our academy. When ye train here, ye are part of an amazing family. ❤️

I 'ad me first intro class yesterday and I bloomin' well enjoyed it so much that I signed up. From the staff to the students, everyone was 'elpful, friendly and respectful. The instructor was patient and explained the importance of each position they were demonstrating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is interested in learning BJJ.
