FusBoxe is a brilliant way to work on your fitness goals while also learning some serious man skills. I ain't never come across someone with a passion quite like Coach Sullivan's. I strongly suggest this place for anyone keen on getting into the MMA scene or simply aiming to achieve their fitness goals.

Lengthy review: I've been a member of FusBoxe for nearly four years now. The pricing is quite reasonable, and I was given a free trial week to ensure that I enjoyed the training style. I have access to unlimited classes and can use the gym facilities 24 hours a day, allowing me to train on the mats or utilize the fitness equipment at my convenience. Recently, I decided to enroll my son as a member due to the fantastic training and coaching provided by Coach Sully.

The training at FusBoxe is tailored to individual levels and preferences, setting it apart from other martial arts gyms I've visited. There's no emphasis on belt rankings; instead, you are challenged based on your capabilities without being restricted by arbitrary titles. While officially a Sambo club, Coach Sully's diverse background enables him to incorporate various combat and self-defense styles into the training regimen. Each day offers a mix of grappling, boxing, kickboxing, sport/combat Sambo, and mobility and conditioning sessions. A quick note: if you prefer not to engage in full-contact sparring, you can request to focus on mitt work or bag drills.

Training at FusBoxe has significantly enhanced my combat knowledge and confidence beyond my expectations. Techniques are not just taught theoretically but immediately put into practice through live sparring and grappling sessions, allowing individuals to understand their applicability firsthand. While some techniques may not suit everyone, the diverse community at FusBoxe, comprising individuals from varied fighting backgrounds and experience levels, provides a realistic combat environment. This diversity prepares members for unpredictable real-world encounters where one must defend their property, body, or life. Personally, this aspect drew me to the gym initially and continues to motivate me to improve my skills.

Moreover, FusBoxe offers an excellent kids' program. My son has been attending classes for some time now, and I've witnessed his growth in following instructions, group participation, problem-solving, emotional regulation, and forming friendships with children from diverse backgrounds. He eagerly looks forward to the kids' classes whenever he sees me preparing for my own training sessions at the gym.

Lovely welcoming ambiance with instructors who truly care about your progress. They provide a range of classes for kids, beginners, intermediates, and adults focusing on striking for competition. I've trained under the head instructor for three years now, and he's greatly aided my growth as an athlete, both in mind and body. I wholeheartedly recommend this gym.

If you're keen on martial arts and self-defense whilst residing in the Westminster area, Fusboxe is the spot to get your training. I make a journey of over 30 miles to train with Coach Mike Sullivan.

In all honesty, if someone resides in Denver and doesn't give the Martial Arts program at Fusboxe a shot, they're making quite a misguided decision. I'm pleased to have trained there and am excited for further learning at Fusboxe. It's a comprehensive hub for both fitness and martial arts.

I signed up at Fusboxe to learn kickboxing, but ended up trying out their other classes too. I got into the bjj classes and also tried sambo. The coach was really helpful and made me feel right at home. The staff is great and the whole atmosphere is fantastic.

What a smashing place! I was on the hunt for a kickboxing dojo for me lass when I stumbled upon FuseBox, and bloomin' heck, it's turned into so much more. The entire fam now joins in on the classes. It's a top-notch environment for picking up new skills. Coach Sully is spot on at tailoring his teaching to suit everyone's level and goals. Can't really ask for more, I tell ya. I wholeheartedly recommend it for kids, teens, and grown-ups alike.

The best MMA experience I've ever had, mate. I hail from a Jiu Jitsu background and as a seasoned traveler, I've visited all the top-notch gyms in the US and trained with a plethora of personalities and coaches.

I must say, to this day, I've never encountered a more committed coach than Coach Sully. The gym is a haven where he pushes you beyond your limits and helps you reach new heights.

Whenever I'd visit, my skills would skyrocket in no time, evident when I'd go spar at other gyms.
