My kin (myself, bloke, and little lad of 6) 'ave been trainin' at Breno Bittencourt BJJ academy for a smidge o' time but we 'ave a tad o' experience in BJJ afore. Our youngin' 'as quickly gotten used to the 'igher intensity trainin', the practice and application o' takedowns, submissions and also daily “live rollin'” with 'is maties (wi' adult supervision and coachin'). Afore trainin' 'ere, we 'ad to coax 'im onto the mat to train, but since joinin' this new academy 'e eagerly goes out there and 'as developed grit and a more strong and positive mindset on and off the mat. 'E's also made pals lickety-split! The quality o' trainin' for grown-ups and kiddos is top-notch and whether ye be a beginner wantin' to get into shape or an athlete lookin' to compete, this school be the one to pick. Professor Breno be also right humble and 'is actions speak louder than 'is words. Crackin' family-friendly atmosphere as well. Chuffed to train there! Oss

I've been training in jiu-jitsu for a few years now, and at the age of 60, recovering from knee and hip replacements in recent years along with a broken leg, Professor Breno Bittencourt has gone above and beyond to support me in my training. He has ensured that I have the opportunity to train and roll with skilled and ranked practitioners without the risk of injury or pushing myself too hard.
The facility is excellent, with new mats and comfortable restrooms, making it easily accessible. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and Professor Breno is a world-class athlete and instructor. As a disabled veteran, I feel truly valued and well taken care of at this martial arts school.
In addition to jiu-jitsu classes, they also offer kickboxing and striking classes, as well as classes specifically tailored for children. In my opinion, this school deserves a five-star rating.
